Yep and that guy has the balls to say that the car driver should, I quote: "open his eyes" he just came from behind a car a second before they collide. No way he could see him. Honestly he wasn't even lane spliting he was just switching lanes over and over.

The biker is alongside as the blinker finishes it's second blink and as the car is already manoeuvring. "Car clearly had blinkers on" for no time whatsoever before manoeuvring. He indicated his intentions as he performed them instead of before.
Mirror, Signal, Manoeuvre. There's an order there.
Biker was lane splitting too fast as well.

Using the passing estate car as a rough measure we know that the dashes are at least at 10m centres if not 12. There's 7 between the biker and the car when we see the car begin to pull out. That's 70-84m.
Stopping distance at 70kmph is approx 42m. Easy to stop.
Stopping distance at 120kmph is approx 108m. Impossible to stop.
Personally I see being able to stop and not being able to stop as a big difference.
