Ok I am a seasoned rider and for my job drive a van with no rear window back or side. I do my best and triple check all the time. But for the love of (whatever you hold dear) take some responsibility as a rider. Either pass the van and stay back even if you are in a different lane. It is much easier for you (the rider) to see the van the the driver of the van to see you. Accept it, live it, know it. This is difference of being a good driver
ider and a poor one. Just like if you on the highway and there is a lane between you and the car next to you don't change to that lane until you are in front of or behind the other car... So they have a change to recognize that you are there and are aware of your presence. It's safe practice.

The biker in 1:48 is actually in the wrong. In a roundabout you only take the outside lane if you’re going to the next exit. Traffic also yields to the inside lane in a roundabout unless instructed via signs. Too many people don’t know how to drive in a roundabout.
That's not quite true. The right lane is for either going right or straight. The left lane is for either going straight or turning left. Here it is in action;

In this particular instance, the round about had an extra, single lane, exit/entrance between the 'going right' and 'going straight'. Both the bike and the van were going straight. The issue is that the van entered the roundabout in the left lane but upon exiting, switched to the right lane and cut the biker off in the process.
