    For those wondering...
    1. Yes, the leg training bit is a joke(maybe)...but you still should train legs anyways.
    2. Yes, I know my back rounds during the squat, but notice how I am going all the way down with 145 kilograms on the bar. My hip morphology does not allow me to squat to a full range of motion without the femur hitting the pelvis and tilting it posteriorly. I also have Scheuermann's disease so it is impossible for me to maintain a straight spine regardless. It doesn't matter though, the skeletal muscle is designed to adapt to stress and since I've always squatted this way I am used to it. There is no such thing as a universal lifting cue because not everybody is built to squat like Pyrros Dimas.
Truth be told, I probably could modify my form to avoid this, like squatting with a wider stance but that wouldn't be comfortable for me and it would likely limit my range of motion in which cause you guys would all be telling me I squat too shallow. So I cannot win with the form police.
I am not saying everybody should squat like me, but the way I squat here works for me.
    Thanks.

After finding your videos, you gave me the information and confidence to at least try Finasteride despite the "risks" everyone talks about. One year later, my hair looks so much stronger and healthier, and much of it in the crown area has grown back! I've only been using Finasteride and hitting the gym. No side effects. I'm feeling better than ever! 💪

4 years later I have had 0 side effects, I have incredible hair + my life is entirely different. I've since got engaged to a beautiful woman - of whom there is no chance in hell I would have managed to catch with my previous hair related confidence and looks.

Had to drop RU from my stack. I was always impressed by the results plus the way my hair combed felt so much thicker than without. - Unfortunately I think it binds somehow to androgen receptors in my heart and causes weird pinches every once in a while. Recently, I stopped for a month and the sensations have literally faded away. I don’t have research to back my claims, but I can certainly defend my anecdotes. I think I’m going to add in Minoxidil to my stack. Currently running just 1 mg. Finasteride plus a few doses of 1000mcg of biotin.

I see no reason why you should be lurking in the comments of a channel that is helping men with hairloss just to spread fear and misinformation. If you think that DHT is so important you should look at the DHT is a trash hormone saga Kevin has on the “importance of DHT”. 😂 your a troll fr

Hey Kevin, now that you’re back I have a topic I’d love to see you cover. That is hopping on a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor before you have hair loss. I recently got my friend to hop on fin even though he doesn’t have hair loss. This is because I think it makes more sense to start with a full head of hair then to wait when you start to lose it because you are never guaranteed to grow anything back. Kyle if you’re reading this, it would be interesting to see you potentially cover this as well.

    Hey Kevin,
I have a question. Do you have a video on this channel where you talk about how to maintain healthy hair? For example how to wash it properly, which products to use and which to avoid, how to mitigate dry hair etc. My hair is very dry and I know its because of to much washing and I have also very thin hair. When my hair gets greasy you can see the skin and that also happens after the usage of minoxidil and because of that I have confidence issues (I just started with the treatment of my hair loss). Maybe you uploaded a video in the past about health hair that would be very cool. Maybe some of the other viewers can also give a insight on how they maintain healthy hair that would be also cool😅

I'm pretty sure that a video like this would help a lot of us. Recently, thanks to you, I took my first dosage of fin. I had curly and thick hair about 3 years ago and I hope to get them back. I'm just tired of losing hair man😂

I use tretinoin cream and put it in a shot glass with the minoxidil. Use the dropper to suck the mixture in and out. Will mix up easily after a few time. The only thing I worry about is UV damage on the scalp because tretinoin makes your skin more sensitive and you can't really apply sunscreen

Have you looked into SHBG and albumin? I think most of the DHT is bound to those in the blood, so higher levels of them would decrease free-dht and thus reduce its effect. It will however also impact testosterone and make less of that as well.

If this form would hurt his back it wouldn't have been possible to get there (because his back would've kept getting injured preventing that level of long term development).
