Richter Belmont is, was and will be the ULTIMATE Belmont.
The Scarlet Sisters are throwing everything they've got at Richter and they barely hit him, while Richter used Hyrdro Storm and they take every single hit. I think Richter's the True Final Boss at Nightmare Mode XD
