    Yeah I also found running or just working out in general to be the best help with inner turmoil. I've thought about doing a marathon but to be honest I'd probably drop dead after a kilometer :D 5 years of running and I haven't gotten better at it one bit, sucks. But I hope the marathon goes well for you and that your body still functions after that lol. And the part about looking back at this is spot on man you'll be so proud of yourself. Like how could you not be, running so many kilometers is insaneee. Even training for it is already a huge achievement. Anyways, good luck, don't hurt yourself!

      @@rose002 hey, thanks for commenting :) couldn’t agree more! I think working out or fitness related activities in general have always been a way for me to destress and decompress from life a little. It’s great you have been running for 5 years, regardless of distance etc if you enjoy and it makes you feel good then that’s what it’s about. For sure, training for this will be worth it in the end! For me I have some inner turmoil around personal achievement, there’s a want and need to push towards something, but I need to focus myself a little and keep on track! So far I’m on the path, so let’s keep it going 💪🏼
