Although this story may be fiction but it's built on real life situations that have occurred because people that look like me aren't supposed to be in first class/business class just like we're not supposed to live in gated communities nor drive high end luxury cars. This is 2024 AD and I find this reprehensible that we're still dealing with this BS.

Well that's wrong. The Airline can change your seat or flight any time they want to and they do. We recently booked our flight and seats on an international flight. First thing we know, our seats are different and one of the flights had changed from a two hour change to over 7 hour change. And there was NOTHING we could do about it!
Total BS story. Yes seating errors happen, but cabin crew do not resolve them. Ground check in staff do. I also have a little experience. Retired after 50 years working in the airline industry, Cabin crew up to last year, at least, (Last time I flew.) do not have access to pax details using personal Ipads. Total breach of security. I did see similar incidents like this in the 70-80's when some checkin staff tried to get partners/friends or relations upgraded by downgrading staff travelling on discount or free trips but this idiocy did not last long. Companies did not condone conduct like this.

Black celebrities have been questioned if they were in the right line for boarding as they were in the first class line instead of the economy line. People like us aren't supposed to be able to afford first class/business class tickets. We live in the hood, and don't belong in upscale neighborhoods and if we drive high end luxury cars, we're assumed to be drug dealers.
