The differences are in adding more of those CPU cores and for the GPU, when you spec up to the higher end M3 Pro/Max and yet to be announced Ultra. Because MBA is a fanless computer, it will not be able to deliver the same sustained performance as M3 MBP with a fan. But again, you only should care about that if you depend on it. 98% of people get more performance from MBA than they need.
I’m waiting for my yearly bonus. The the order goes in. Edit: I got my 15” M3 24GB/1TB a week ago and the thing is a flamethrower compared to my old intel 27” iMac! I love it!
Just had an M3 16 gb 512SSD in silver delivered, using for day to day but also Serato and music storage for DJ’ing so got plenty of headroom. These are great tips mate, thanks for this.

I was so hung up on getting an Ipad air M2 13 inch but then I saw I can get Macbook air M3 for the same price and as a dell user my whole life, I'm still debating. But people are saying Macbook purchase should come first before an iPad. what do u think?

The three finger gesture in the beginning with moving windows around is disabled because then you have to use four fingers for mission control instead of three.

Without the DisplayLink driver installed the m3 can only handle a single monitor out of 1 of the usbc ports. You could probably by pass the dock all together and run HDMI from your monitors to the 2 thunderbolt (usbc) ports on the left hand side.

I am new to Mac Book. I just purchased the new Mac Book Air M3 a couple of days ago and trying to get used to it and learn how to use it. I also have a HP and that's what I'm used to using so this is really different for me. I am trying to figure out how to open a new window in the browser. How do you do that? I am learning a lot from your video and it's very helpful to someone like me who's coming from a Windows PC.
I just got my first ever Mac as well just a couple days ago (incidentally an M3 MacBook Air). You may have already figured it out but you can press command+t and it will open a new tab in the browser. Interestingly, this also works in finder. Both of which I figured out by accident. My guess is this works in just about any app that has tabs.

Hi Brandon , something unpleasant happened to me here in the Netherlands ! 😰Before iOS 17.4 with my 14 pro max I could select the texts of a screenshot or photo and copy them but not anymore! Pick up my Mac book air 3/12 (UK date). Nearly everything you just said went straight over my head. Hahahah I only use for web surfing and UA-cam TBH. Very interesting to watch though. I think I will have to book into an Apple Store sessions to learn the basics.
