We are a very small, older congregation. Our media ministry grew out of Covid, but we continued to focus on our shut-ins and members who are no longer located within driving distance. I am taking a month of vacation while I sort out what I want to do. It has given me a chance to see how my team performs without me. I know they can make a Sunday service happen but I need to know that things will continue if I had to cross the river (so to speak).

I'm in Charlotte working with 2 large churches as well as other clients for video and media. This video is right on time today as my recent goal is to build out a team so I can serve better and generate more income.
Great share. No fruit is developed over night but over time. With the necessary training and pruning we can develop great people for ministry. Just encourage them through their mishaps and praise them in their successes. 😊
