When it comes to my wedding, I like the colors of the fall season using warm colors. I still want it to be romantic, my favorite color is purple.
I've always loved the combo of pink and green nurture and growth. I'll use the same as my home decor, wardrobe and any branding I do once I lock it all in lol. Dusty blue and white with lots of country texture, lace and refinement would be a fun one.
Loved this video. Though I think most people will have (some) green in it because of the green leaves on the flowers. The trend of leaving all green out, to me, is quite harsh. Plus you didn't mention the metal colors: gold, copper, silver, rose gold, champagne, iron, wrought iron. Those totally change the feel of anything, even in little amounts. I guess the trend for 2022 will be even more colors. Go pick 5 or 6 or 8 and have fun. Important is to think of opposite and nearby colors both. So for instance you get your vibrant fuchsia, deep violet and tangerine orange with the gentleness of light creamy yellow, and yellowy cream, combined with darker green leaves and wooden tables. Then imagine how different those look with either burlap or with some gold.
Hi Kyle, my wedding isn't just a wedding lol. It is my vowel renewal after 13 yrs of a very rocky but full of love marriage. Originally I was going along the teal and plum color palette but after pushing off the day for a year ( my husband was laid off in march and we needed extra time to pay lol) I have decided I would rather go with a different experience all together. My husband has doubled my budget and my small ceremony with just family and friends in our backyard has turned into my actual dream wedding. I have become obsessed with your videos. You are so sweet and help so much and I would like to say thank you for all the hard work you put into your channel. I want to use rose gold (metallic and glittery) as a main color in my wedding. I'm not sure of those meanings or honestly what shades to match with it. I was thinking something like rose gold ( metallic ) with Dusty rose, Champaign ( glittery) and hints of gold. It might be important to add my flowers are primarily baby's breath very small amount of roses and the main decorations will be raw logs and candles it is an out door ceremony next to a lake at sunset and an indoor barn reception. Think I'm going with dusty rose, sage, and myrtle (maybe more of a forest green/emerald). Green is his fave color and Emerald is my birthstone so it has nice meaning behind it :)

My colours are pastel pink and pastel green: didn't originally have this idea but after seeing them together at a wedding show I fell in love with how nice they looked paired together
I think picking specific shades is one of the things that makes planning WAY too complicated.
Just use your favorite color and either your spouses favorite or a good complementing color. I’m using purple (my favorite) and blue (his sort-of favorite but more just to symbolize male and female with a more blue male color and more female purple color.) I’m also going to non-strictly incorporate dark/royal blue/purple and lavender/light purple or light/cornflower blue. As long as it doesn’t clash, I won’t be picky about exact shades.
I think that right there (less strict about color) is a huge money saver.

OMG I LOVE THIS!!!! I know I just commented on insta but after watching this video I love the meanings for each color! We are doing a summer BBQ 4th of July themed wedding..we're getting married July 2021 so we wanted red white and blue as our colors.. but we didn't want it to be tacky. So our main colors are electric blue and ruby red and our accent colors are navy blue and sea foam green. We are defiantly chill people, trustworthy and my fiance is the most intelligent person I've ever met! I love that red symbolizes love that's perfect! I love that we are incorporating some green to calm down the red white and blue.. and I love that green symbolizes growth we have grown together so much in our 4 years of dating. And we also have an inside joke together about money.. If I tell you the joke it might offend so I won't share I'll keep it between my fiance and I .. but this is so this is perfect! Thank you for sharing!

This was great! I hadnt thought about the meanings of the colors. Ive chosen pink, gray, and cream for my wedding. After watching this video I think I might add sage. Should you have 4 colors or is 3 still good?

I'm still trying to figure out my colors. Iike purple but it has a sentimental feeling for my brother whom lost his wife a year ago and I don't want to upset him. But my fiancee wants black white bronze and champagne but I'm not feeling those colors

When I look at the names for the colors, I burst into laughing. For instance the blues have been called for some time now: royal blue, dusty blue (okay, this last one is quite new), teal and navy. It will help people find them under those names.
My husband and I are renewing our wedding vows in December of 2022. I wanted to use the colors of white, sliver, dust rose, and a hint of burgundy. How would I bring these colors together.
With greenery in a more silvery style. So not a green which is too warm. But actually the more classic ones for a wedding of silvery Eucalyptus and some dark Italian ruscus. That would look stunning.

Obviously with a gold pathway in it. Haven't seen that movie for ages! Maybe with figurines at wooden based centerpieces, like tin man, the scared lion and the scarecrow? And don't forget to wear the red shoes! Vibrant red and fuchsia could be used to build up against the emerald green. But don't overdo those.
