Some of you were asking for studies about how exercise lowers testosterone.
It is common sense that men who exercise sleep longer, have general fatigue, a lower s. drive, fertility problems and so on. This is the main reason for it.

@Gina, EXACTLY. Just think about it, how many people opt for sitting in offices with toxic fluorescent lights that they endure as the sun sets. When one could be out sun gazing at the most intense moment as the sun begins to set. Two completely different worlds. The NWO wants everyone stuck in sterile offices or buildings all day, breathing synthetic sterile air and enduring toxic lighting as their realities. If Employers really viewed their employees as "Family" as they so love to say, and cared about their health, they would even at least allow their employees to go out or rotate to "sun gaze". But you know as well as I, that such a thing would never be tolerated. But they "might" allow you a 15 minute cigarette break if it works out with someone else relieving you.

As a 34 yo I refuse to take any advice from a 22 yo. Everyone that is approaching middle age know that the best way to lose stress is to start working less and be amongst family. If you are a lone wolf that's fine too as historically there has always been these types of people. Working no matter mentally or physically will put people in the coffin faster than anything else. Humans were created for pleasant work and not this stresful meaningless bs of the current reality.

Filming everythin you do, acting on camera, still look pathetic and misarable. They list things to do to relax, wich make you more streessed. Being stressed is doing something that you are forced to do, not wanting to. For example, she is tired and bored. She thinks that she "has to" to do yoga etc. Wich aplly more stress. You force yourself to read 100 book a year. Force yourself to go to the gym. No matter what you do you would be stressed. To relax you need to just stop doing things and wait untill you really want to. Meanwhile just lay down, sit on a bench, take a slow a walk. I have a tons of films, books that i have and are supposedly i need to watch or read because they are "interesting", but i was stressed from that, because even if i dont want, i force myself, thinking that is my hobby etc. As soon as i stopped forcing "enjoyment" and "relaxation" upon myself i went in to it naturaly. Watching a tree is peacefull and enjoyable. I might want to do something, but as soon as stop feeling that i want it, or it being uninterested i just stop all together. I used to go to gym and many times and i ve taken a walk there, got dressed, set a few mins and undressed, walking home. Because i didnt feel like doing it. But mainstram pushes that you have to force yourself to things.

It's so amazing, here we are in 2023, and Humans have still not figured out what brings Happiness, and cannot for the life of them even have an inkling to get it. They even go as far as thinking buying endless consumer items will fill that void for them, instead of establishing connections. They try on new personalities and lifestyles and spend time finding themselves instead of creating themselves from what is already in them. Simplicity and Tranquility are the only true way towards internal peace and fulfillment, but of course this girl is a product of both "admixture" and the Asian pressure of "Study Study Study" which has detached her from her senses. Also, some people cannot find happiness because they are not willing to face shame and humiliation for following their natural instincts and drives, even though that would be what makes them happy. Conformity will only make them more depressed, reckless, impulsive and to begin making bad life choices.

For example, a person could be depressed in life but actually is a "happy" person generally if they are content in their own skin and who they are, while the depression may be from misfortunes. On the other hand, there are many people out there who are depressed out of confusion or identity issues and from poor diets or not understanding what it means to be truly happy, even regardless of the momentary feelings or situations one might be in.

After the Caucasian baby boomers squandered all the wealth and institutions to serve themselves, they recognized that the youth they raised would become broke and disenfranchised. Meanwhile, Caucasians had to witness the confusion of other peoples around them having and raising kids in their early years, 3, 4, 5 children and with no condoms used. Orientals come from a very different Star Origin than other races, not even just in contrast to Europeans. Unfortunately, emotion, individualism, expression of passion and even eye contact are considered rude and unacceptable behavior in most of the Oriental world. Worst part is they even see the masks as liberating rather than slavery because they view it as beneficial to prevent strangers and shop owners from wanting to interact with them and see benefit of remaining more anonymous, completely ignoring the distressing feeling of suffocation, hot air and sweat. Also, Oriental cultures (some) tend to have less levels of crime or issues with disobedience, hence it comes across as confusing or irrelevant to them that masks would be used to anonymize people to be able to more confidently commit crimes and thefts, like in the West. Most Races use eye contact to read other people and establish rapport or trust, but this is not valued in Japan, China, Korea etc.

@Mom With a Phone. I had two friends in the past which tried to lure me into the gym cult, which I saw early on for what it was. The main reason is because they became antisocial and wanted a buddy at the gym especially who can also do spot checks when they need you to to literally grab the weights off their chest when they complete their reps. What they never explained at first is all the external consequences, dietary lifestyles, other expenses and constant regimen adjustments that have to be made in that lifestyle. It is not as simple as just going to the gym for a workout. Needless to say, I cut both friends out of my life because their lifestyle consumed them and put strain on their social lives and also made them moody and irritable all the time. Both initially pretended to be against steroids, only to later confess to me that they did get their gains from steroids. And it's always those types who pick on others who can never get gains in the gym or nowhere near their level, because they never like to admit most gainers do use the roids. It's totally insane.

Every time I try to exercise, I do it maybe two or three days in a row and then I stop for a while and force myself to do it again. I am trying to go animal based, one step at a time. I'm cutting out seed oils right now and most veggies and grains and sauces, but not all. By next week, I'll try to eat only meat and some fruit, though I might still use some sauce until I'm comfortable using less and less. I want to get to the point where I'm eating only animal products, some fruit and organs and raw dairy and fruit juices maybe (they're really hydrating to me). If we lived in nature we would be in a survival situation. The stress hormones and growth hormones as you say are released because the body thinks it’s at risk of death. This makes total sense. But you go on to say that these hormones are unhealthy. If I was to go back to nature I would be experiencing these natural reactions to stay alive and that would be a good thing; It would be a healthy reaction would it not. Nature equals health so how can natural reactions be unhealthy. Of course humans these days often experience them through man made ways like coffee and so on but when it comes exercise i don’t see how that could be unhealthy. If a predator chased me then I would need to be able to run away. As kids we played tag and other playground games to practice hunting and escaping. The repetitive physical exertion in my experience made it easier to run away or catch somebody. My point is that or body’s and minds and wired to partake in such activities.

They are not unhealthy per se, they are trying to help you cope with the damage and inflammation so it's more so a bad sign to have them. It's a good indicator of a healthy or unhealthy lifestyle.
Of course you would never experience anything close to what we do nowadays with exercise, especially gyms.

@@GoatisReviews Would you say that upgrading your physical strength is meaningless? I understand that exhaustion releases stress hormones which then lower longevity but if a person was physically inferior they are automatically an easier target. Do you think that human beings are born with the necessary amount of predestined strength or that strength has to be earned? A butterfly must pound its wings to get out of its cocoon in order to be strong enough to fly. Human babies learn to walk then eventually run. But it doesn’t stop there. We learn to climb and jump and run on rough terrain. Risks of injury are taken to level up ones physical status. Are these risks futile? I remember that at a very young age I took these risks without outside influence. It felt natural and necessary. Is this some form retardation or is this normal/natural? To clarify I’m referring to physical exertion in nature and not in the gym.

@@tylerdurden7016 Intelligence and dexterity are more important than raw strength because those are what allow you to make weapons, which trump any kind of physical strength someone may have. Granted, you need strength to use some weapons, but if you grew up eating a natural diet you would have a sufficient baseline level of strength that comes from proper bone development, which is more important than muscle in this case. Similarly, you wouldn't be 'physically inferior' in any meaningful way unless you had extremely bad genetics, but in that case you can't do anything about it anyway, as that would even affect artificial strength development.
The reason men feel that they need to 'earn' strength/muscle is because they grow up eating an unnatural diet and living an unnatural lifestyle, so they don't develop properly. It's essentially a form of compensation for what would have naturally occurred, and so nature punishes you for it by making it uncomfortable and painful in many cases.
Understand that pain and discomfort are signals from your body that are telling you to avoid something - you shouldn't be chasing these signals because that defeats their entire purpose. The body/mind aren't wired to willingly take part in stressful activities, they're wired to adapt to these stressors so that they can be avoided or managed better in the future. The entire point is to not chase these stressors, it's a misuse of the adaptive ability humans have which is designed to avoid or lessen their impact. Stress hormones etc. are signals that you are doing something unhealthy/are in an unhealthy environment. Nature = health but seeking out stress is unnatural, therefore unhealthy.
Bottom line, as an intelligent animal, after having taken care of survival, you're supposed to use your intelligence to make your life as easy as possible.

Must be Japan. They ALL wear masks outdoors there, everybody, and it's not even the law. Bonkers.
My op-ed on running, whether a flat out sprint that will kill you in 4 minutes from oxygen depletion or a slow jog that takes 20 hours until kidney failure, all exercise you are killing yourself, so very stressful. But the body does compensate after, in order to make you rest, it's gives a little bit of a cannabis opium high, but a natural one, not a stony loser one. Plus food after is a bigger dopamine hit after activity.

Working out is good for students as BDNF increases learning. BDNF is here to teach you to get out of dangerous situations yes, but dangerous situations are common in an natural environment. I go for walks 20-40 minutes a day and it really increases my wellbeing and learning
