think it'd be neat to try flame of the firehawk on this overhaul simply because of ward increasing the delay on shield recharge unlike vanilla

What is with so many mods making non-melee characters into melee characters?

well, i guess its because people like to have more melee style options? i do understand it can feel same-y for some people though

I'd argue it's 1) characters already have melee skills- typically not enough to matter and so just touching them up a bit to be relevant isn't hard
2) all characters besides axton have melee overrides
3) it's very easy to build melee synergies- just low health/shield skills or damage reduction
