The tuning on the woven web is B-D-A-D-G-B-E! I didn't realize I wrote it wrong!!
In my personal opinion, these riffs insanely difficult to play and impossible is just a way of talking by the way!🤓
This is the part 2 of my last video. A lot of effort is in that video (7 months of practice in total) so I hope you will enjoy it!
This video is a playthrough of my audio recordings to offer a good sound quality for the very high youtube’s standards but I still play it exactly as I would while recording, which takes a lot of tries (around 70 for tendinitis), to offer a performance as good as I possibly can.
My records are still pretty raw though! I make them sometimes in 1-4 sections to adjust my input volume when the riff change from high to low strings to make sure my DI is not clipping.
I do some mistakes time to time because you know, i’m humain!!
I added « time to master » to show to the world that guitar is not easy, even for guitarists like me!
Dont forget to like and subscribe!

Important!!!!!!!! I just found out at the instant by looking at the backing track name in my recording that I accidentally missclicked on the cover of Richard Mauricio to copy the link in my UA-cam converter as my BACKING track of Three Bastards.
I talked with Richard on phone directly and he accepted my apologies and understand what happened.
His video is right at the side of the original track when I search it because I did watch it like 3 times and I, without any doubt, missclicked on it and went straight to copy the link without looking! His mastering is really amazing so I didn’t realize while recording and thought it was the official song because I scooped the mids out of the backing track to muffle the guitar like I usually do to make my guitar louder so I didn’t realize it wasn’t the official song until now.
It’s not that big of a deal still because in the end, it’s still a backing track with his mids scooped so WE HEAR MY GUITAR LOUDER THAN HIS but yeah, I should have been more careful It never even passed my mind that it wasn’t the official audio!
I would never do that on purpose and I feel incredibly bad. Richard wondered why I did it because he said my audio on top of his is really good (thanks btw🙏).
Our records sounds different because we dont even play it the same way and he said it himself.
I am really sorry, this is an accident and I will pay more attention in the future!😪
Here is Richard’s video: ua-cam.com/video/8Sfx0drK5Ys/v-deo.html
He’s astonishing, go watch him!
How the hell do you " accidently" use a cover? why didn't you just use the original song?
@@SatanicManic666 it’s all explained in there man, i’m feeling bad enough already..
I believe in Him, this can happen and it's not a big deal because we can Still hear his audio really well like a normal backing track
@@theroad8050 okay my bad i did jump to conclusion too fast yeah i do understand that could happen now thinking about it now, honestly now i dont see the harm using the his audio if he still playing the song i thought Hubert stole the audio completely and faked his playing, my apologies my dude
Thank you man🙏
Jesus
Thanks for passing by man!

@@woodenhoe don’t say it too loud🥲
No Jesus can’t even play that ish!
@@hubertdrapeau now play GnR Rocket Queen with a NASA rocket and the queen of England. 😈
I spent 6 and a half minutes getting absolutely flexed on and I couldn’t have enjoyed it more
Well, I guess I feel the same when I listen to a new tim henson riff knowing I will NEVER be able to play it as good as he’s playing it lol
Couldn't agree more! My thoughts went from "let me see" to "... Okay so I don't know if I should just give up already or let this be my inspiration"
You ain't lying lol
What he said!
@@hubertdrapeau Said person who played Jason Richardson )))) As for me things like goat a lot easier than sweep picking because i am classical guitarist)
Insane haha
Hey thank you andrew, I really like your channel🙏
I read this with absolutely zero emotion
The uberdjent god himself
I think the most impressive thing about this is your discipline. Most people devote mere minutes to their passion. And you just spent 5 months on one riff. LEGEND!
Wow that’s an amazing comment man, I really appreciate it!🙏
Me an intemidiate guitar player: those are riffs!!!???
Yeah.. and it’s getting crazier each year🥸
"Hey, I know some of those frets!"
You gotta make this a series bro i literally re-watch these videos everyday.
Wow thank you man! Im trying my best but as you can see, these videos take a really long time to make so.. I think I will do that but for specific groups
Soooo sick dude, I don't believe you got it so good that Jason Richardson riff, I hope your recovery for tendinitis going good
Well thats the side effect of playing these monsters🏥
@@hubertdrapeau 2 years long ?
@@shadowx2750 hum well I also stopped making videos for a long time because of school!
@@hubertdrapeau ok cool
Very nice on the thumping dude. That technique is the definition of "oh, that doesn't look to hard..." 2 minutes after trying you just instantly throw in the towel. Great job as usual, though :)
What? It looks hard as shit. Nobody besides tosin even bothers doing because its hard and non-standard.
@@prinniesforeveryone321 I don't even know myself how I learned to do that lol
Oh... i thought it's way easier than it sounds
But maybe double jointed thumb like Tosin's helps
(also look how Tosin holds his pick XD it's like he bends his thumb into his palm while sticking tip of the thumb out... crazy stuff, but having pick in the midle of palm probably helps with hybrid picking and fucks up joints...)
@@Burbund I dont know about that, I think it’s pretty equal for everyone
I can double thumb pretty well when I slap on bass. I wonder if the same technique translates
Glad to see Infant Annihilator, Rings of Saturn, and Archspire in here.
Yes!! I thank you guys to propose these bands ln the comments, I didn’t knew them so much🥸
@@hubertdrapeau definitely great bands.
❤
As a beginning guitar player, i was searching for some easy riffs. Thanks dude, for providing these.
it is actually really easy if you are a random chinese 6 year old on youtube
@@rotemharari1565 Liar! 🤪😑👶🤘🏻
Become the knight: « A human being should not be able to play this. »
Me: already on Jason’s website buying the tabs
Question: should I do a part.3, 10 impossible polyphia riffs or 10 impossible jason richardson riffs?
Both :)
polyphia riffs
Polyphiaaaa
Jason Richardson because he is more of a shredder. Though I would like even more to see 10 animals as leaders riffs.
Both
LMAAAAAO
Frantic Disembowelment
The grand dad of all impossible riffs 🤣🤣
My guitar be like:
We don't do that here
That AAL riff is insane... nice freaking job dude
Thanks man! It took at least a 100 hours to play this properly lol
@@hubertdrapeau gotta respect the grind
Really love that you include the tunings and little trivia bits about the riffs/songs. Subbed!
Thanks man!
We need top 10 hardest polyphia riffs man
Thats a good idea man!
If anyone has some tips to get that modern clean tone properly, please help me!!!
@@hubertdrapeau it’s impossible lmao
@@hubertdrapeau get a crunch setting and turn the gain low. I personally use Plexi on BIAS FX. Get a chorus pedal but turn the width and rate of the pedal fairly low. Use some overdrive if needed, just to add punch, but not to distort the tone.
@@hubertdrapeau if u have the archetype Nolly plugin, u can use the classic crunch preset
Or just get the demo and use it for the video...
Ring of saturn is basically soloing but in low notes
“Metallica is hard”
Well downpicking like james does for 2 hours straight is sure hard!!
@@hubertdrapeau haha I was just trolling but you're right. Metallica sure helps with building the important foundation like those chugging muscle
@Samuel Carr better than what????
THIS IS NUTSSS! I'm a huge Animals as Leaders fan because I've played drums my wholel ife and I haven't heard someone other than Tosin nail the slap riff like that ever. Same with Tendinitis dude like wtf you're insane!!
Thank you so much brother, I appreciate it a lot!!
protest the hero has some of the hardest stuff too and erra and veil of Maya are the hardest shit I've learned
You need years of training, months of learning, 1 sold to Devil soul to play this incredible n o i s e
Ahahahahha
Came for the riffs, stayed for the facial expressions.
🥲
I watched each video of the serie like 5 or 6 times. Most enjoyable serie in UA-cam for sure
I don't even want to look at the tabs for these songs, I might get a brain tumor just thinking about playing them. This is insane dude.
Dude, guitar is all about determination and practice! That’s the secret! These tabs where also really damn scary for me btw
5 months to learn a single riff sounds like a lifetime to me, hell even one week does. I just play songs that I can pick up by ear the first time I hear them.
Yeah, I felt I needed to do something a little more interesting for you guys! It paid off I guess🥸
That's a surefire way not to progress
Anything Dean Lamb writes is going to be absolutely hellacious on your picking hand lmao
Yeah dean is one of my biggest inspirations, he’s an amazing guitarist and he’s also a really nice person🙏
Damn, that was incredibly intense! Outstanding work. Great vid!!
dude i check your 10 impossible guitar riffs from time to time and i was so psyched about finding that new one posted today!! you should definetely put online the full covers.
Thanks man! Yeah I should maybe do that but I think people like more these kind of videos
As far as Archspire goes, A Dark Horizontal is where you’ll find the impossible riffs.
Yes man I saw it from a suggestion, it’s amazing, I will include that for sure
@@hubertdrapeau check out Dean Lambs YT, he's got some tutorials and tips for some of their songs.
I'm obsessed with this video
I always look at it to understand how far you can go beyond the guitar technique
really. good job!
Thanks man I really appreciate it!
Huge thick riffs, you are a serious craftsman - I have a lot of respect for your perseverance!!
Well done this was excellent playing! Can you imagine , these guitarists have to play the songs while standing up live on stage😳
And also making them lol
My friend: calm down, my dog doesn't bite.
The dog: 0:20
😂
Absolutely great content! Loved every second of your playing and the memes were perfect! Looking forward to more of your videos! Awesome work!
I'm really proud of you dude. I spent lockdown getting my hands FINALLY around the technical difficulties intro and suddenly I'm attempting Richardson licks, dream theater and so much more after putting in the time to get my fundamental skills tightened up. I'm a million miles away from your level (because I don't own a great guitar yet ) but I aspire to put in the time like this. Great work
A great guitar doesn’t do any difference man! It’s just really expensive and cool but it doesn’t make you a better guitarist at all, even if that’s a music man! I’m really proud of you and im looking forward for even more amelioration from your playing!
Keep it up and have fun!🙏
I just started to learn how to play guitar (2 weeks ago I didn't even know how to handle it) ....and watching this kind of video gives me motivation and also fear of not be able to master it with the limited time that I have (son, family, work, studies....etc). I will try at least. Excellent video, Hubert.
My friend, you will get it dont worry, it’s a hard instrument at the beginning but you get used to it pretty fast and with some practice, you can achieve big things! I have faith in you, good luck🙏
Insanely good job! I was stoked to see the Nekrogoblikon riff made the video. That band is super under appreciated!
Yes man! Their music is amazing
Saw them live last year they are so good!!
Loved the editing on this
YT recommended the first one a year ago. Now we have second one. Cant wait for the next installment of this series. Kudos!
Thanks for being here man!
The way your fingers moved around the fretboard on tendinitis was insane. Looks totally unnatural. Almost just like a rolling wave of fingers. Good job man. You are a freaking beast!
Thank you so much man🙏
Me: *Looks at my hands*
My hands: " No, not again, I'm not strong enough".
😂😂😂
That was dope. Incroyable. Fire. Keep it up
Amazing effort :O Absolutely incredible!
Your an absolute master. Keep it up and keep posting!
Thanks!
Holy cow. Man, the word impressive does not even begin to describe what you did. Congrats!
Thanks dude!
Dude you’re crazy talented! That last riff was insane🤯
Thanks man🙏
What a fantastic talent you are. This video was my first and you gained a sub instantly. Keep up the unreal work. 🔥
Nice editing on this one, and unbelievable guitar playing.
Thanks 🙏
The absolute madman. I like the "time to master" thing, i honestly don't have the patience to try for a straight week, if i don't get it on that day i just get mad haha, but i know i could shred if i actually practiced
You got this man🙏
I started wondering what techniques I need to practice and he answered that question almost right away. Great content.
Perfect man🙏
Glad to stumble upon this. The editing really made it fun to watch!
Thanks man!
what legend. owning that organic guitar face.... You earned a subscriber today my man, being honest about how long it took to claim each riff impressed me. I look forward to your future work and hopefully original ones
Thanks man✌️
that Archspire riff is good damn insane, very impressive.
Yes dean is amazing😍
YES!!! Way to represent Canada my friend! Just stumbled upon this channel and I'm blown away by your guitar skills dude! Cheers from Newfoundland!
Ho nice I used to work on a ship that was going to st.johns!!
So happy to see Nekrogoblikon on here! They have some crazy and super fun instrumental work.
I love most of the songs you put on this list! Very well selected and executed :)

Wherever I need motivation to practice i see this video, good job Dude!!!
Ho wow that’s amazing, thank you so much🙏
Sick video, I really like the animals as leaders and infant annihilator riffs. One song that I would recommend for a part 3 is ov sacrament and sincest, it looks like a very difficult song, also revocation is a band I'd check out for more difficult riffs. Keep up the great content!
C'est impressionnant, beau travail.
Merci beaucoup🙏🙏
I need about 15 minutes for my muscles to relax after this. Love you.
This was inspiring. Instant sub! 🔥🔥🔥
Glad to see you youngsters listening to good music
Never have I so quickly subscribed to a channel before. Your format is amazing. Love the little facts & whatnot that you include. Obviously you are insanely talented as well. Definitely look forward to more uploads.
Fun fact for you: even CC doesn’t play Frantic Disembowelment live, pretty sure that play through video of them is sped up 🧐 cheers my dude!
I really enjoy your comment dude, thanks man✌️
This is incredible! 😍
Beyond what I could comprehend. Very impressive.
The fact you can play Tendinitis makes me believe you were born with a guitar in your hands
I always played music.. started piano when I was 3, guitar when I was 9.. also played some air instruments so yeah, music is a big part of my life
Insane dude, your production is top notch! Already waiting for part 3, would be cool if you could get a car bomb riff there!
What is a car bomb riff? Is that a music group?
And thanks man!!!!
@@hubertdrapeau Yes, "Car Bomb" is a prog metal/math metal Band, they make very technical riffs, its a Band thats growing in popularity now, they have 4 albums, but check out their 2 most recent albums, "Meta" and "Mordial", they have amazing riffs, maybe you will like it! It can be hard to like their style on the first listen, as It was for me, but now its one of my favorite bands
all right, thanks man!
You kill great job!!!! Thanks for putting this up
You’re way, way too good at this. Bless your heart.
Bless your heart sir, you made my day
Hubert: Time to Master - One week
Me: Time to Master - One eternity later
Ahahaha! You will get these riffs my dude
Fuck yeah man! That was super dope. Periphery also has a ton of difficulty riffs
Insane man, awesome job
The fact that you're replying to all of these comments is pretty amazing!! Also, amazing guitar work man you are awesome👌😎👍
Yes really enjoy all the love you guys give me, it makes want to practice even more🙃
Meanwhile I'm still trying to get that damn Blood of the Scribe riff down from the first video, awesome job dude, you should consider making this into a regular series.
I would like to but it takes so long to learn all of these😂
@@hubertdrapeau Oh I mean take as long as you need to nail it dude, I wasn't suggesting making it a weekly thing haha
All right!!
For some reason seeing ROS and IA on any list makes me happy

Thanks man🙏
Yo man, respect! Insane playing and dedication! Love it

Thank you for the words! Have a good day and btw, your guitar is really nice🤠
This was a really nice video, really enjoyed all of it! Keep it up man!
Thanks for the words🙏
love this serie
Thanks man!
Hey man, what'd you think of that Ibanez multiscale? I'm looking at getting the RGMS7. Does the quality hold up?
Great video, btw. That note which shows how much time it took to master a riff really puts things into perspective.
Yes, that was to show to everyone that even if you’re a youtuber and you already know some jason’s songs, learning them still take a lot of practice!! Yes like to be fair, the sound of this guitar is amazing with the emgX pickups and there is no fret buzz at all. This guitar is my favorite after my musicman🙏
I don't even understand how people write riffs like those. Love that you included how long it took you to master the riff, that was a nice touch.
Absolutely phenomenal!
We need 10 animals as leaders riffs!
"Facts: I'm having a heart attack every single time I play this riff" lmfaoooo
Sick video, man. That was really fun to watch! Can't wait to never try to earn any of these riffs because what in the fuck
Yoooo you can do it man that’s only practice and yeah, that’s kinda true ahahahah
