    They were shooting without backstop, in Germany it would be a reason for licence withdraw.

      It shows in their shooting as well. I can't fit the life of me understand why I'm the world they took a shot when the fallow deer was running. Clearly placed a bad first shot because of it.

      Hey bud I’m glad you enjoyed it! That Tikka was in .308 if I recall. And yes, Europe might be my favourite continent to hunt. All the best to you and thank you for your comment! 🥂🍾

    Be careful out there, fellas! My native country's home to the most grizzlies in Europe, wolves, wild boars and vipers. I've heard if you pop a boar and wound him, he'll follow the scent of the bullet and come mess you up!
    Damn, wish I could drop some of those bucks with my Romanian PSL-54. But I live in the Awesome USA!

    Was that on a farm’s grounds? Dose not look like free range but if wrong ,apologies.

      Yes it is a free range area. The only fencing that you see is for sheep that also share some of this ground

      @@taigainternationaloutfitte4876 Bullshit. You don't have two meter high fencing for sheep like you see time & again in this video. And before you call me "ignorant" of hunting practices in other countries, I have left my "continent" several times to hunt.

  • @Mr-R.R.

    Why did you take a shot when it was running? Risking a bad shot unnecessarily

    • @BillsBuildandRace
      @BillsBuildandRace Рік тому

      Yeah, and he didn't lead it and shot it in the arse end. What sort of guide says "good shot" after that?

    • @johnnystergaard6840
      @johnnystergaard6840 Рік тому

      @@BillsBuildandRace That's the way it is with hunting guides in the former Eastern Europe, as long as you just hit the animal, it's a "good shot". Because then they have their money at home, whether they find the animal afterwards or not!!

      I added this hunt to the GSS line up while I worked there. Then I didn’t like how things were going there so I quit and started my own consultancy. A year later….GSS closed its doors. I also heard things ended poorly & some people lost money. All I can say is that happened a year after I left…
      This was a hunt I established & brought to the GSS table while I worked there. Not a single client of mine ever lost anything to GSS re Romania, but I appreciate your concern.

      I’m sorry you feel that way. Conservation dollars to keep this habitat from development was generated, old stags only were selected, and the meat was processed, much of which was made to various sausages, and fed many people.
      But each to his own. We respect your thoughts however.
