Нужна свежая рыба(и много, они при небольшом размере едят больше кошек), нужен бассейн или пруд с постоянно чистой водой(ванна не подойдет), за ними нужно постоянно следить(они сгрызают все подряд, провода, мебель и тп), если оставляешь выдру одну - нужен просторный вольер, отдельная комната без мебели или очень большая клетка, иначе квартира будет уничтожена, при всем при этом они достаточно резко пахнут, не все могут вынести. В квартире я бы держать вообще не советовал. В частном доме можно, впринципе.
