- How do you break the Twin Flame Bond? Your Twin Flame is you - so how do you break that bond with yourself? Well, you can't. This is why when you try to cut the cord or break the bond with your Twin, the bond actually gets stronger: because you are reinforcing the link you have with yourself. And as you are the Universe manifested in physical form, the Universe will remind you that you are the ONLY, and therefore cannot separate. Twin Flames interact both on the 3D and 5D plane simultaneously, and it is only within the 3D realm of the Ego that you can separate from the person who is represented as your Twin Flame.

I couldn’t imagine a world without him in it regardless if he isn’t in my life. I cry every time I see his name or anything that reminds me of him- wiping my tears as I type this. I accept that I may always feel like he’s “missing from me” and this will always lead me back to myself
Nonetheless, I’m choosing to part ways with the push and pull- with him and with myself. I want integration and alignment with myself first and foremost. I don’t even desire anyone else to fill in the empty space he’s left, a hermits life may be my path and I’m okay with that I guess.

I don't think I should recommend it, personally. From personal experience, a ",medium" offered to perform a cut cording for me and then he suddenly stopped in panic and backed off. He then urged me to do it alone at home and told me what to do. I heard "no" in my head, but I was sure I was doing it for the right reasons back then. I did it. And then, severe pain and palpitations started on my back. I fell down on my knees. I had to pray to get up. I thought I would die. I prayed and the symptoms stopped. I am fine and alive. Lesson: Don't break the bond because it is not meant to be broken. You are made of this bond, generated by Source like this. Just be patient and let time do the rest. I had to pray for my "cords" to be mended again so that I could regulate my nervous system properly and stay healthy. It can't be broken, no matter what.
I asked my spirit guides and angels to break my twin ring. In my minds eye I saw two rings breaking apart. I felt a release of the 3D experience. We share a child and I am still detaching. I give him less than 1% of my mental energy. I am happier because of my choice. We are still connected in the 5D but I’m choosing a soul mate. 🙏

This isn’t true. I broke the bond. Took me over 20 years to do it, but the pull to connect is no longer there and I am thanking the universe immensely! Every time that magnetic pull would grip me, I sent love energy out and surrendered. I stopped resisting but I didn’t chase either. I just got still and surrendered and kept sending out love and gratitude for everything I was learning. Slowly but surely the pull became less and less and now I can think freely about him and just stand in gratitude for the spiritual lessons I’ve learned while knowing this chapter is over!! So yes, it’s possible! Ask your guides for help but I did it and so can you if you desire to do so! Right after this happened, my soul mate came and I was able to readily receive him as a result.
I now fully understand the process. The 5d bound can never be detached but the separation pain eases and finally stops when you are fully healed and spiritualy awakened.

Very interesting. About a year ago, months before my TF left me for another, I sensed he was breaking up with me. As I was tired of his pulling away and disinterest, I was "done". I tried to break up first and could not! WTF?? I couldn't understand it. When he actually dumped me , but wanted to remain friends, I said " NO" and let him go. Now I understand. Eight months later, I really don't care either way.

We had a big fight and I was very angry with him. The next day I felt that he did something and I was feeling empty and absolutely without feelings even towards me. It is not me, it is so strange. He did cord cutting or I don’t know what, but I am not me now. All my energy and light and feelings have gone.

Well first you should figure out how you cope with things when you're severely hurt. Look back on your life and your childhood and see how you've dealt with things. That way you can figure out if it's physical or spiritual.

If the runner chooses to break the bond in 3D, can the chaser reach his/ her goal of self realisation? Then what happens to the journey of the runner towards the goal?
Yes! Union is with the self, so it goes both ways, regardless if you're the runner or chaser
Does that mean we could do all this work on ourselves, go through the entire journey and not end up in union because they chose not to pursue it? Like at the end of it, I could have my inner child healed and reach ascension and not be in union? Would that mean they were never a twin flame or is it really true that not all TFs are meant to be together. I still hate that I have unconditional love for him. Is there a way to tell if they don't want union and if one should just move on with a soulmate
Union is with the Self, NOT with the 3D manifested Twin. They have their own Ego as you have yours, which means there's always a choice in the 3D. But if you reach Union with the Self, you won't be worried about being with them in the 3D because you'll remember that they are you and you have never been separate except via what the mind perceives
Ive had this very same question. because the teachings always say once u reach inner union, there they are. but if they arent there, u must go deeper. it feels like a trap. but basing it on results is chasing energy anyway, so its best to not worry about outcomes, and like she said, if u are healed enough, they wont be that appealing anyway. the attachment to them is the unhealed wounds.
I want to be with someone else -- the woman who supposedly is my twin, I was in love with her for 11 years but she never let us get together and a year ago married someone else who possibly was her karmic. As it happens, a few months later I fell in love with someone else who is in love with me. But, she, the new woman, believes my supposed twin flame is being attacked by evil forces, so she is afraid for us to be together -- she is afraid those evil spirits will then attack us if she comes between me and my supposed twin. So she has enlisted help from psychics to distinguish the evil forces so she and I can be together. But this is taking quite awhile and making these psychics sick. Does any of this sound plausible? I love her truly and she loves me more than she's ever loved anyone -- I just want us to get on with our lives together -- I will always love my twin, but I don't want to be with her anymore, I want to be with the new person. How do I convince my new person to just not be afraid something bad will happen to us?

We have had contact and a friendship because when we met, I was married. That connection made me rethink my marriage and end it, even though we were still just friends at that time. Since then, I've been on a hard journey of self-discovery, a dark night of the ego. If we are the universe and we can create our own energetic signatures in physical form, and presumably others can too (we're a manifestation of our twin and vise versa), why only two? Why spiritually 3D print (lol) a copy of yourself and do it only once? I understand the mirroring effect and duality, but you've previously stated that duality is an egoic concept. Why wouldn't any soul recreate itself more than once over if it believed that might be useful in this incarnation and bring its own signature of love to the other manifestations of Source? I'm not asking from an egoic place or suggesting it be a narcissistic Voldemort and horcrux type of situation lol, but I do wonder why we do this process only once. :)

I've been wondering...
If I am the universe and I made everything and everything around me IS me, then why only one twin? Shouldn't the rock next to me also be my twin? What makes the twin more me than everything else that is also me? And if I am the one who manifested them, then why would they manifest themselves separately and "choose not to do their work they manifested themselves to do"? Like, if they are me then how do they have their own free will? How does anyone have their own free will if it is all me?
I ask all this because I have already always struggled with that concept of solipsism, as my intuition tells me loudly that it is not what reality actually is. But rather, souls are individual and at higher dimensions it all becomes more combined. Like a pyramid, consciousness at highest dimension is all one, and the lower the dimension the more separate it becomes. So I get that part, and viewing everything around me as me is just a metaphor for how God views it. But the separations exist for a purpose, as does the ego etc for the lessons. With that said, I am still trying to grasps the concept that TF is actually me, when I was sensing that its still separate but more directly tied at the 4th and 5th dimension, whereas everything else gets tied to me after the 7th dimension or smth... I hope this makes sense, id like to know what you think bc I love your vibe and how you explain things, its just this one part that trips me up
I do not teach solipsism. Solipsism is about the mind being the only thing to exist. I state the opposite. There is zero difference between a Twin Flame and anything else except the cognitive recognition that you are the universe manifested in physical form. The Twin can "not do their work" because they have their own Ego with their own choices. TFs are not romanticized, they're not a special group, they're not here for a bigger purpose or anything to that degree. They are simply a 3D manifested person there to remind you who you are.
Ive been on this journey for over 8 years . Typical TF coming and going living together at times etc. I've never once heard of the concept of one twin possible dying because they didn't do the work they came here to do. I'm wondering where you came up with this concept? Not that I believe it . But I believe it to be irresponsible to put out this type of info ,certainly for those twins going through DNOS or just in a vulnerable state of mind. While I dont know your journey and I'm aware all journeys are different . I believe we are equipped with the same info.Everything you need is inside of you. Certainly if you've been on this journey for any number of years.But the concept of one twin dying because they didn't do the inner worker " the work". is abit far fetched. so you are wrong on one point here .... there is not one entity in the 5d , each person in the 3d will have their own higher self in the 5d ... but the 2 sperate higher selves are bonded together with the same soul .... as each of the higher selves incarnates in the 3d a separate personality develops as the experiences are brought back into the higher self upon death in the 3d .... there is a point where both higher selves merge into a single entity / soul , but i'm not sure what level that might be , 10d , 20d , ect.... , but it isn't in the 5d ... the 5d is more of a muster point to jump in and out of the 3d

Maybe you are waiting. Maybe you are healing. You manifested your Twin as a 3D representation of yourself ("The Purpose of Twin Flames" video). When you heal in the 5D, they have no choice but to mirror since they are the same thing as you. You choose to be with them in the 3D once you've reached union with the self. Sorry to burst the bubble y'all but you can't break your twinflame bond 😆 that's because your twinflame is you just in another body so yeahhh. What makes the journey easier, is to accept the journey and the true unconditional love you have for them which is the Divine Creator's love for all. When you accept the bond, you stop going against and fighting against Love. Just accept and be at peace that you have love for them, true unconditional love is not transactional, howwver it can be elevated to a further higher state when 2 reciprocate. If one doesn't reciprocate, it still remains true love nothing changes that. Our twins have the freewill choice to breakfree from the matrix or not. If the love between 2 was true to start with and not 3d oriented fake love, then you will always awaken. Just keep in mind about some twinflame couples who have negative energies accumulated from past lives, black magic, spell work or curses that was placed on them to be in separation because of the light we carry. So clear them with trusted spiritual healers as that is their role to help us. Once those have been cleared for the twinflames affected, reunion should no longer be a problem. We are Neos and Trinitys so pay attention to your psychic abilities and the messages and guidance from the universe to focus on the positivity & take steps for your specific journey rather than wallow and wither away focused on ego and pain and hurts. The 3D manifested person of a Twin Flame is not the spiritual aspect of the journey. The spiritual aspect is remembering that you are the universe manifested in physical form. It's by cultivating self-love just by being around certain energy and remembering that everything is interconnected and the same. It's by learning non-attachment to Ego and that everything needed is within the Self. When the Ego gets too involved, it's the most intense pain imaginable. That's why we want to quiet the Ego. It's not about the other person. It's always about ourself.

For clarification purposes: feeling my twin always is not chasing or obsessive ruminating because i feel him because he is me. Chasing is running after, longing, trying to think of ways to get him back all either done energetically or egoically.

It doesn't make sense for me. If I am the only creator and I am everything. Everything and everyone is my twin as everything is my own creation as a consciousness. Also when you really understand that you also see that all the mind concepts like twin flames are just the mind ego concepts and have nothing to do with reality. Of course 🙂 You're taking one part of the entirety and focusing on it instead of the big picture (I don't mean that to sound condescending, it wasn't meant to be). So, as you are the entire universe, you are everything and you have manifested your TF to be a 3D reflected image of yourself in order to remember who you are (the universe). IF a TF dies prior to any union, it's because you, the universe, have been able to non-attach yourself from the 3D incarnation, OR, the Twin whose Ego dies was not doing their work. I realize this is where the catch-up happened; but it's important to remember that YOU are your Twin, and there is no difference between anything except Ego's perception. Therefore, it is simply the Ego dying and re-matetializing into a different form for you, the universe, to recognize yourself in a different manner. Death doesn't have to sound so mundane and scary, it's simply a recycling of your own energy 🙏💜
