you never chase him right... I feel his sexual energy.. more often lately.... I think he likes that I'm focusing only on me. cause when I text him and chase him he is like whatever. even though I know he wants me, mine only blocked me once and then I texted him on his work mail, that he needed to block me on his work mail too, and then he texted me that he couldn't do that and he texted me he open the blocking on his phone. this journey is so weird. and when I focus on me my ex (was with him for 11 years) keeps calling me. I've blocked my ex, he has a girl friend, I not need to talk to him, its like I need no-one right now, I don't even feel like texting my twinflame either. I actually don't know what to text him either.. maybe I'm becoming the runner. I feel fed up of chasing. I've been chasing him for 3 years. I detached so heavily from my twin flame that I even burnt her pictures. I was tired of the chasing and the games and ready for me and what you would call my awakening. Within a week, she is calling me, coming to visit for hours on end, etc. I did not jump back into old habits. I told her to do what she wants, she who she wants, and be happy. I did not care what she does, and I let her know that. Guess who she still calls and visits almost every other day. I still do not give her the emotional attention, and she is still there almost every day. So BELIEVE what Kurt is saying because he is 100% correct.

@@DG-no1oo it’s been easier since I realized she was just using me for personal gain. If she pops into my mind, the only thing I think about is her negatives. Before long, her beauty is gone, her kindness is seen as fake, and who she is, is someone I do not care to see again.

It's painful. Its like ripping open my chest and digging out my heart. I switched my attention on something else. Such as watching Kurt's vedios until I was convinced that I and my twin are one soul and we never be apart. I stopped texting him and watching his photoes. I observed my "thought" and facused back on my heart chakra .I also menditate everyday.

I meditate for 20 minuets when i first wake up and usually try my best to stay present as I am working or fixing up my house & then again for atleast an hour before I sleep. So twice a day is where I'm at and I noticed that I accidentally experienced satori while doing a crossword puzzle it felt amazing😇🌟

This is so true. My TF and I were in runner chaser. I was talking to a friend, twice, same friend. Told them I was done shutting it all down I couldn’t take the back and forth anymore. Shut my thinking down and less then 30 min here he goes in my texts about wanting to see me or needing me. The second time my friend couldn’t believe it… totally weirded out how instantly he reached out when I shut down like that. Now I realize this has been happening a lot over the last 9 months. As of today I’m shutting it down to follow Kurt’s coaching.
How did you shut the thinking down just like that???
It wasn’t that easy and I did go in and out of it. I’d shut it down and there he’d be and fall right back in… this last time I just made the decision to shut it down and really follow Kurt’s steps. I decided I want to do this for me and no other reason and that made it easier. I still get in my moods where I miss him and want to reach out and I think about it even have him pulled up to text…I’m on the tail end of dark night of the soul now I believe…but then I literally stop and look at my thoughts and call out the pattern and close my phone.
Yes he will respond at least initially…especially if it’s been a few days.

I watched parts 1 and 2 of Sumadhi and during I observed the thoughts that wanted to resist. I was able to quiet them and continue listening and watching. I was introduced by a grad school professor to the Tao and I have spent ever since internalizing and incorporating it into all aspects of life. You're work is very important and I've been telling my friends since we were teenagers, we just need to remember who we are and the rest will just flow.

Hi, Kurt. I've been following you recently. Thanks for all the info! Im separate from my Twin for 3 years. Runner/Chaser constantly. But tks to an awakening process early this year's and now to your videos, I have overcomed the obssessive thinking these last 3 weeks, and I also started dating other guy a few days. At the beginning I used to dream a lot with him and I always felt I was the one looking for him in the astral. But in the last year its been decreasing a lot, and since December 2021 no dreams... except today. I felt he came to me...saying his not happy, his relationship is ending, bla bla bla...and I was in silence. No emotions, good or bad. Just watching in silence...I don't feel bad. I don't feel emotional or miss him, cause I realized his me. All the signs are there and when I woke up just said "you are me in other experience's. You need to go through all that. It makes you/ me stronger. Good luck". I love him unconditionally but I've come to realize that I was loosing my energy and focus. I was drifting. Now the love is still fulfilling me but I don't need him around. I'm even curios about this new guy, I need to kiss somebody else and feel alive again! His living an experience with somebody else, was his choice. I want also to experience this one. It will be good for both...as we are one! One question: do they chase us also in dreams? Maybe like a teaser before this realm?! I don't know what I feel about him coming back now...I know we are going to be together, but...I like this "new live" without him. I feel free...ackward?! 😜👍🏻

This is exactly what is happening on my life the exact time 3 years, 3 month’s and even my peace for opening my heart for something new…wishing him the best for his 2 years relationship and his life, but then he contacted to me (after years no contact) this weekend for his father lost i told him kind and respectful words but we didn’t talk about us i was very respectful…. Then he started to be on my mind so hard and i thought i care and prayed for him. I thought “i can’t wait for so long my love, i have to continue with my life as you did”. But let’s see what is going to happen because deep in my heart i feel like we’re going to be together.
@@HT69MM I engaged in Bert Hellinger therapy and also hipnose. We are apart but we'll. He's with his partner and I have also a partner. He is my twin and the Love is unconditional, but for now I feel safe and grounded with my new partner. The future I don't know and don't think about it.

I was madly in love with this guy after 6 concurrent visits like you mentioned, however we've known each other almost 20 years. I'm the chaser he is now on the run. It's been three years since we've spoken I reached out three times and no answer. I thought I had already detoxed, but lately he's popped up in my spirit in me having dreams this week of us reuniting. I have always had synchronicities since the day we separated. Wow! Thank you for the message. I am the one apologizing for kicking him out of my life. Three weeks ago I started to obsessively thinking of him. I even reached out to his friends that had connected with me when he was connected to me. Anyway I messed up the connection because I listened to others regarding my connection with my soulmate/twin flame. 2 main people in my life didn’t want me speaking with him they were against the connection because of the high vibes they saw. I had met another person (female who was so jealous) and she ended up manipulating me and convincing me to detach from my twin flame so I did. This is so relatable because whenever I work he talking to my self with in on my beach all alone my twin flame would always come over at the top of the stairs as if he was tuning into what I’m doing whenever I go within myself I always find him there too as of now we have an internal connection I’m newly awakened to our situation and I have been seeing his truck, boat name and numbers 1111 and so much more he even appears in my sleep even though we are 94 miles apart some times I feel like he’s with me

Another analogy could be that we (our self/soul) are the users, the body is the hardware, and the mind/ego is the computer software. We have to use the mind to interface with the physical world much like one would use an Operating System to interface with the digital space of their computer. Software is limited to its programming and hardware is limited to its components. But the user isn't limited in such fashions. Much like consciousness isn't limited while our minds and bodies are.
And we need to realize we can step away from the computer at any point to just watch the thing operate.

Fuck it was so emotional upheaval i went thru for two weeks initially. One late night i decided to delete all pics of her from my phone and freaking cleaned everything that reminded of her. Guess what, she posted a love song in a group fb page that both of us are members, the very next morning. Anyways we still are in separation phase. No hurry. I let go. Let her return back on her own free will. Shes my twin and we both in this journey since 2017.
