My biggest advice is to really stay positive, and not give up after a failure.
I personally had a 2 years trying naturally, 2 years of IUI, then 2 years of IVF. We did 2 retrievals, first one we had 6 embryos, we did a total of 4 transfers and the 3rd one ended in early miscarriage. Our 2nd ivf retrieval we decided on pgs testing, 44 eggs, 16 embryos, 8 made it to day 5 and tested, 5 embryos normal, 3 girls 2 boys, our first transfer this round worked and I am currently snuggled up with my 5 week old baby girl. Take it easy, pray, meditate, love yourself and enjoy the process, it’s hard but so worth it once you finally hold that baby in your arms.
Ps, ice before the PIO also worked amazing for me, never felt the shot, only the soreness.

I am not a fan of scripted videos. I love long vlogs of people just sharing their real lives (whether a regular day or vacation) with us. Those are the best to watch in my opinion. Wish I could afford to have my embryos tested. I had 14 embryos now have 13 after my first transfer being successful❤️ Congrats to you praying for sticky baby!!!!
Every 3 days is a blessing. Most women take it for 12weeks DAILY including me. Don’t ice the area, the oil is gona clump up in your muscle bcus the area is so cold and you’re injecting OIL. My RE gave me a numbing cream and I don’t feel a thing except soreness afterwards. Rub the area out afterwards and put a lil bit of heat but not a heating pad.
Yes! I'm doing progesterone in oil everyday! A heating pad before injection is the best and then put the filled syringe in your armpit to warm it up. It's helps the oil disburse easier with less soreness.
Good luck ivf sister! We just had our 1st embryo transfer on August 5th and about to start our second try now. I know it's going to work for both of us ! ❤️
Adriana H. What I did was use a heating pad first to get my body warmed up. Then had my husband warm the oil under warm water and then in between his hands and then inject me and then apply and rub the area like crazy for 10 minutes.

Hello! We transferred an embryo 7/30 and I’m now 8 weeks and 1 day! ❤️ my suggestions are to be active after transfer. I didn’t just lay in bed. I truly think being active increases blood flow to your uterus. My other suggestion is get Synera patches! I apply a patch 30 minutes before I receive my progesterone in oil patch and I do not feel it at all!!! Then after the shot have a heating pad ready and massage the spot for 1-2 minutes. It really helps with the lumps that build the next day. We tested at home 4 days after transfer and got a positive test! Good luck!!!!

Good luck! I did IVF to conceive my first baby. Eat lots of pineapple!! The core helps. Take it easy and just relax. My dr even had me stay on bed rest for 36 hrs after. I don't know if that helped, but it was our 3rd IVF and it finally did work for us. Then I got preg spontaneously with my other second baby. It is hard not to stress and analyze every twinge you feel. Prayers to you and best of luck for a smooth transfer. !!
Gretchen may I ask you what do you mean when you say lots of pineapple? Like a piece every day? And when to start eat it? After your transfer ?
@@arieswife8926 I ate 1-2 pineapples in two days. Just any time you want a snack eat some. I had read this and some people told me. I really don't know if there is anything major scientific about it but I feel it helped me w implantation. So if you like it-then why not try. Good luck!!
The fact that you had 3 IVF's provides me some reassurance that my time will come. We had 1 embryo transfer which failed. We will be doing the 2nd embryo transfer shortly and I'm hoping this one sticks!

And the biggest learning experience is do not expect it to work or be 10000% sure it will. As harsh as that sounds, know the possibility that even PGS embryos do not implant and women still Mc. I was naive and blind to it and not educated on it. Yes be hopeful and have faith, but know ALL possibilities.
Agreed! With our first embryo transfer I was so certain that it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I'm hopeful that the second transfer will work and putting positive energy out there but still being a little be cautious

I'm soooo excited for you Dulce!!! I was actually a gestational carrier and had twin girls 8 years ago. That progesterone injection is no joke! I had to pinch myself every single day for the first 3 months! 🙈 It was very painful, especially at the end. But the end result was so amazing and I was beyond grateful that I was chosen to be able to give the gift of life! I can only imagine how excited and happy you are. I will be praying that everything works out for you.. You are an amazing mommy and will be blessed with another beautiful, healthy baby very very soon!!! xoxo 💕

Good luck Dulce! I'm going through the same thing. We had our embryo transfer a couple of weeks ago. I know exactly how you feel. It doesn't click right away, but you become more curious on the process and how big your embryos are. The more you think about it, the more excited you get. My husband and I are super excited. I'm 41 and this is my first pregnancy. No one in my family or friends know except for my boss. Once we know everything is good, maybe after our 1st trimester, we will announce it to everyone. Thank you for sharing your journey and tips. The next time I'm going to have to do the Progesterone shot, I'm going to ice the area first. I had to the shot every night and it was so painful and super sore. Luckily, my doctor told me I had the option to get the vaginal inserts. They're so well worth it! Occasionally she'll still have me do the Progesterone butt shot though. It helps to have a supportive partner and I'm sure Jesse is. Best of luck to you guys! 💖
So, yesterday I found out I had a biochemical pregnancy, which is a type of miscarriage. It's so heartbreaking to know what you're working hard towards just didn't work. We are going to try again on my next cycle. We have one frozen embryo. Please pray for us. I am praying everything goes well with you. Check your levels as often as you can, and let your doctor know if you are spotting. God bless.

I went through IVF last year in Feb took about 2years to get my miracle baby. My advice is try to stay calm and positive. I know for me it was so hard to stay positive but I did fertility acupuncture and I think that really help me with my last frozen embryo transfer. I now have a 10month old boy.
I just turned 41 and started prepping for IVF, now taking supplements to prepare my body and we will start the journey soon, my husband works abroad and he will come home to freeze sperm. Its gonna be tough because he will not be around during my IVF journey .Im Getting inspiration from your IVF journey I believe you will be pregnant soon👆God bless

Keeping a positive mindset through the journey is a must. I get it’s not fair, there will be road bumps but it will ALL be worth it when your holding that miracle baby. I’d do the whole process all over again if it meant me getting to hold my sweet baby girl. Praying everything goes well with your transfer!
