The speed at which Violet switches view and focus makes the video feel like it's edited with multiple jump cuts, that's wild
any hero can be artfully played but truth is brig has the lowest skillcap of literally anything in the entire game. Winston aim with stun/range/self-heal is just a really low IQ hero.

If tank and DPS ults can kill 2+ people, it makes sense that a support ult should be able to turn around a 4v6. You're basically saying "support ults shouldn't have impact!"

Yes but when its 6v6 and u have an ult that can bring back a 4v6 easily it becomes unfair it all ults in the game should be skill based not press q and win
plus in that fight their ana made a big play and anti'd the whole enemy team, negating tranq. While yes, rally kept the team alive, ana made the huge play there.
@@CaptFalcon07 I think you might be confusing Violet making it LOOK easy with rally being an instawin button. If you've played her, you'll know that if your positioning is bad, or you pop it with low health, you can easily be shut down. For example, popping rally with half health within range of blade.
Just like everything in OW, if you're getting rolled by rally, then you need to ult track and hold back resources to counter.
zzzzzzzzzzzzz rally is busted and the devs know it….. that’s why it’s being switched to overhealth instead of armor in OW2
people hate on brig but shes unironically one of the hardest heroes to play really well

True high level tracers are cancer, can she get a single hit in after stun?
As someone who had been using Brig since she got released. I can tell you right now is the best time to play her. The fact that I can heal and tank damage is a plus. I can end a game with 10k MIT damage on top of all the heals. She has a learning curve, but she's so much fun to play.

So a Tracen can one clip you and suddenly dissappear, but I play Brig and I oneshot combo wombo you and it's too "OP"
one clip is really rare lol, I watched some of the top 500 tracer vids, and even they can't consistently one clip all the time. A combo that can one shot consistently and is not hard to execute will make brig broken (and that's exactly what happened)
Would you ever do a video from the perspective on the losing side? So we can get some insight of why they lost? Especially on higher SR games.
If you're frame perfect with it, you can bash/flail/melee combo in just over a second

@@nuclearsimian3281 Just like anything else in game. Melee cancels, roll cancels, etc... With enough time on any character, and obviously a reasonable skill ceiling, you'll land it more often than not. And, worst case scenario, you're off by a bit, It's still less than 1.5 seconds, and the stun helps out a lot to cover that gap.
Brig's whip shot's problem is the ultra slow cast time. 0.2s + travel time makes it harder to use than Hog's hook, which is just bullshit because the whip shot is 70 dmg + inspire and the hook is basically a guaranteed one shit kill.
About damage numbers, hooks are meant to combo into melee+headshots since it's only 30 dmg by itself. It's a combo starter whereas Brig's whip shot does the opposite, it boops the enemy away so more appropriate to use whip as a combo finisher.

I just love getting those max range whip shots over the combo. I think the current brig is fine. A lot of people didn't like her not having a stun in ow2, but felt like she could kill people more without it. I was wondering if they will keep her like that for release. Will blizzard put the stun back since it is a form of utility?
I'd like to see something fresh with her primary atk. They seem to want something after they made that weird spin attack for an experimental. Maybe a charge mechanic of some sort would be cool.
Im also in favor for more aggressive support ults. Half the support ults are very defensive besides ana, bap, moira, and I guess mercy can be offensive. Ana's ult for example, if she could use it on herself would make it a hybrid ult. A defensive and offensive ult that would take longer to build in ow2. They never decided to allow it in a real game, but man I would like more ults of that nature to exist. It sounds more fun then just "make me more unkillable ults." We just have too many ults that thrive off of killing multiple people when a lot of characters can do that without the ult. The worst feeling is giving the nano to everyone on your team but your other support was actually the best person to give it to all along lol.
No Brig will not have stun for OW2, as they're trying to remove as much crowd control abilities as they can. We don't need more aggressive support ults. Support ults are meant to support your team, not kill people directly. Moira and Baptiste already are quite aggressive in terms of self play making. Brig's rally and Lucio's beat allow the entire team to play super aggressive or to be used for defensive purposes to counter another ult or enemy push. The ultimates are well balanced as they are
Nano brig is insane you should try it sometimes. She pops rally u nano her and you got a super saying god on your team 😱

@@JBayerBB6 cc abilities don't directly kill people, but with this logic, you might as well remove Ana's sleep since that is also a cc ability. But people seem more annoyed by Brig's stun for some reason. Like sleep, the stun is great at shutting down ults or stopping aggressive plays. Still that isn't directly killing.
@@ccricers because a brig stun is way easier for the average person to land reliably and procs healing, as opposed to Ana's skillshot sleep dart that is rather hard to hit often as the flankers diving you are usually small hit boxes and not a giant tank hitbox

Wait until OW2 drops. Brig instead of her shield bash stunning, it does MORE damage and you can shield bash 2x the distance as you can in OW1. She’s nuts!!

I WISH I could play at higher ranks. I'm a Brig main but trying to play her in Gold is impossible since I usually get at least one person who throws because i'm Brig and not a pocket Mercy. Three of my five placements had someone who outright refused to play before the game even began because I picked Brig. I've had people scream at me for playing "DPS Brig who doesn't heal" (what does that even mean??). Having to relearn her several times now (and again in OW2) is a pain, though. She got absolutely butchered in OW2. She's ONLY going to be viable at higher ranks now. She's near impossible to play at lower.

Rally isnt that op in general. Healingwise its like a zen orb on every teammember. Good but not op. It only becomes op when ur playing hog, tracer or other heroes who shoot many small dmg projectiles since armor mitigates 5 dmg. In that case its zen orb AND 50% dmg reduction. For hanzo for example it means "only" 4% dmg reduction. But ye, if ur playing dva, ball, reaper, tracer, bap, mercy...just run :D
I disagree. It gives you 100 armor that refills overtime. That is not zen healing. Add her inspire which has a bigger aoe than lucio plus packs then things will not die.
@@elpapisaint nah i ment rally itself gives u 30 armor per second. Zen orb gives u 30 heal per second. Armor creates only value vs non-burst-dmg-heroes. If u run for example rein, zar, hanz, widow, ana, zen into rally, then rally isnt that op anymore. But for heroes like tracer its just impossoble to kill sth due to 50% dmg reduction. In tracers case its like zen orb and def-nano. Too much.

Between Jay missing the fact that Ana's nade negated the transcendence in the fight he ranted about and the consistently wrong pronouns, this was a mess.

Rally, two boops, 2x aoe heal range than lucio, ranged healer that heals 100 per pack, 3 packs, armor, 70 dmg boop, barrier, goats. There is a lot wrong with brig. The only people who think brig is bad are the ones in lower ranks who never use her to her full potential
