I think she looks like one of those girls with a really old classic name, like one that’s been in the family forever. Like Willimina, Edwina, Geraldine, a name that’s a traditionally male name but has been sweetened for a female instead.
This intro had me 💀🪦😂 Why you look like every school secretary that ever existed wrapped into one. 😂 Anyway, this project was dope. You always get so creative for spooky season! ❤
She is giving Windell n Wilde aesthetic at it's peak. I can definitely see her hanging out with Kat lol. She looks amazing n so are u, my dude! Well done yet again 😊 As for a name suggestion....hmm.. first Maybe Adeline cuz she's also giving Coraline vibe mixed with Windell n Wilde. So yeah I'm thinking ADELINE~
I love doll customizing!! I’ve never seen it with an older doll like her tho, and it was so wonderful !! I love her so much, thanks for not giving up on her! ❤ would love to see more !! ❤❤❤
Your creativity level is so high off the charts. This was amazing. I love the level of honesty you gave in telling us that you made it and let it sit for a whole year before tackling it again. It makes me want to take up my old hobbies again. Your lovely doll is looking like a Trinity or LaTrise.
Just a tip- use paper towels to drape the pattern on the doll. Once you get the clothes worked out in the paper towels you can use it as a pattern to cut your fabric.
The Upcycle aspect is awesome. My inspiration is now looking at the porcelain dolls in thrift stores.BTW Mary was the the most common back in the day so different variations of the Mary
Followed you for oil pastels and it just blows my mind how many different skills you cultivate! Pulling off the sculpting and sewing on top of video editing and all that... amazing :) Love your work!
So glad to see you working on a doll! You always encourage us to do art, and I usually wind up messing with dolls and figurines. (Felt oddly seen with this video; thanks, fam!) It's always so inspiring to see you stretch yourself into new mediums... I have the urge to grab my super glue and acrylics.
I love her! I love this idea of customizing an old porcelain doll. The outfits on both of you are fantastic! I feel she needs a name that sounds like two names like Coralee or Ceecee …❤
oh I adore how this came out, thank you again for inspiring me to be creative with more dolls!! never trash you projects because you never know when inspiration will strike and cause you to reboot old projects and crafts.
BBy I hope you got seretonins from birthing her/them, a year in the making. They are dramatic, unique, wonderful, and I love every detail. I also have projects living in darkness and bouncing around in my head. I hope you have mental space to keep creating more masterpieces. You inspire my Goodwill Goblin, and how dare you slay Tina formerly known as Prince accidentally ❤ amazing 👏 cheering you on!!! Can not think of a name yet! Stunning though
Shes absolutely gorgeous!! And I'm so happy that you included the downsides of creation too. A lot of people can sink into imposter syndrome, when things don't turn out how they expected.
😮😮😮 You’re so amazing!! Talent. Comedy. Creative juices flowing. Transparent. And someone in the comments said resilient 🎉🎉 You check all the boxes, Bean!! Thank you for inviting us into your world ❤
The doll turned out so amazing! The fit?? I'm low-key inspired to sew that for myself! I looked up some dark academia names and these are some I liked: Drusilla, Isolde, Orinda, Lucienne, Lydia, Amaris, Edana, Lenore, Narissa, Lorelei, Orenda, Naenia, Trista, Solanine.
loll i have an unfinished art doll that’s been sitting in my closet for over a year so i guess this is the sign to finally finish it 😮💨 anyway this doll is so dang pretty. your work has such good movement/flow and i feel like i’m able to appreciate it in a different way with your sculptures and 3d work
Your art is so amazing! And this doll... wow! O_O I never thought, I want a doll to display, but... well... okay... I have enough stuff at home for such a project. I live in Berlin. thrift stores are all over the place so... O_O Thanks for the inspiration!
You know I've seen a LOT, a LOT of custom dolls (and MADE a lot) in my life, but I have actually never seen anyone alter the bodily proportions of the doll in this way. It is such a great touch, it really does have such a strong and unexpected effect of making it not instantly recognizable as a porcelain doll. The facial reshaping is also fantastic. If you ever do another doll in the future and struggle with placing eyes in the sockets, use poster tacky putty on the back of the eye and against the surrounding inside of the head-- you can move it as needed without burning yourself on hot glue and then once you've placed it, you can always glue it down without glue exiting the eye socket!
So excited to see a new post. Love your stuff and your beautiful doll. Celeste would suit her. I loved that you dressed to match. Your sculpting is always superb! 🥰
I love what you've done to the doll. It's incredible how cool you made her/them. Well done Christian. Someone suggested Azilee as a name, which I think suits her/them.
This turned out so beautiful! Thanks for showing when things don’t work the way you want - that’s often where I get stuck on a project, and it’s very cool seeing how someone else handles that.
I'm obsessed with her! You put in so much time, patience and skill into this and it paid off big time! She is everything! 🥹🖤 Your videos make my day, especially these spooky ones hehe
What can't you do?! I love watching your process and going through your ups and downs with you. It's so relatable ❤. She's giving me Hoodoo priestess 🙌🏾
I looked up popular black girl names between 1900’s-1960’s, found that Azilee was a popular name! I think it kinda fits her!
Azilee is a beautiful name!
That is the best name for her that exists!
I love Azilee for her!
Love it❤
I love it❤
Thou ate as always 🤌🤌✨✨✨✨
STOP SHE TURNED OUT SO BEUTIFUL! ❤😭 Her little dress is everything!

Highkey in love with this doll. I started a faceup on a monster high doll over 2 years ago and only recently got back to it so the timing is uncanny.

The kinda lace undercut they have legit makes me jealous that i can't just hot glue lace to my scalp🖤 and the gemmss ahh!!
First I just have to say that I absolutely love watching you create! As soon as I saw her finished the name Ambrosia came to me.
