I'd like to point out that SBI charges 10 euros plus 3 euros as GST for foreign transfers. So we end up paying like 13 euros additionally which doesn't seem too feasible.

@@IndianGradInGermany my pleasure! Yes I had used it for my block account, but even if you try to pay semester fees you'll have to pay their fixed 10 euros service charge and maybe even the conversion charges.

@@prianca.puranik Actually we are transferring from SBI online bank portal to a western union Indian account in YES bank right? So how does SBI knows if it's a foreign transfer?

@@Zap12348 oh no no, I was referring to transferring the amount solely through SBI's forex transfer facility which has been talked about towards the last quarter of the video.

Bro your comparison is not proper I have done the transfer what you are showing is completely different.1) i have done with REMITOUT and the txn was done in same day to Germany 2) you are using 142 euros which is not correct , for blocked account you need to send twice and USD 10k is the limit 3) i have find the service of Remitout fastest 4) and i have compared the rates when i did the txn and I negotiated and i got the best rate. You should do comparison when you have actually used it.

For that I found western union the cheapest.
I haven't transferred my block account money.
