As a student who has received an admit, I need some clarity about requirements of financial statements and visa and housing. Also, what is the sequence of these processes? As in, whether the blocked account is opened first or the visa application is to be booked first or looking for a home? The University has asked to put in a visa application and search for a house immediately, while the first fee instalment can be paid by May 30, 2020. A little help here will be greatly appreciated.

Can you have a blocked account and your visa will be refused. If that happens how can you retrieve your cash back.
