Is This Copy Of Nirvana's Nevermind A Fake?

- I still find it odd that I came across this "unofficial" version of Nevermind when there are still legitimate reissues being sold in stores. If you have any info on this release PLEASE let me know in the comments.

I'm still unsure exactly what to call this particular version. The terms unofficial, and bootleg don't really seem to fit which is why I used the terms fake reproduction "repro".
Pat no idea how to get in touch with you but you were right about arcade1up products being offered in bed bath beyond and hobby lobby lol… they’re marketing a campaign to turn your arcade1up into functional furniture. You are also right about AtGames 4KP… their tables are not in 4k and at this point none of the Zen tables are optimized. 😂
The 3 1/4 scale home arcade space is such a shitshow right now. I am so glad that I no longer own anything from A1up or Atgames anymore. It's unlikely that either of these companies will be in business in the near future and that may disappoint a lot of people but maybe some better companies will take their place.

Good to know. I’ve been buying nothing but colored vinyl for my daughter. I bought her an average Audio Technica turntable for Christmas. She now has about 15 exclusives. This all started from buying her the Barbie movie vinyl soundtrack. lol.

Congratulations! You bought yourself a conversation piece. Now that you've got it, I'd hold onto it; clearly, it's fun to talk about, so I say enjoy it for the oddity it is. I have a copy of an old Rancid 7'' (pressed, according to the list of people who played on it, before Lars joined the band) and that was good neough for me at the time; just a weird little thing that you don't see everyday. I have a couple of other oddballs by The Misfits and The Cramps too.

Vinyl totally belongs in the retro game universe as I say that Evercade is the modern day vinyl for video games. I really enjoy your FB market place stories and I'm glad this one had a happy ending. That would bother me to have an inferior product as well and I'm sure the pink record will find a happy home.

More vinyl content is cool. I got to a point where I stopped collecting games and switched my energy to vinyl about a year ago.
Looking for vinyl on marketplace has taken the frustration of game hunting away. It is a lot of fun. Just like videosgames, vinyl prices are on the rise unfortunately

The demand was probably so high for this album that they could make fake copies and sell even though someone was making them.

Pink Nirvana sounds like a toy for ladies... For real, wow, what a lot of effort put into making an unofficial copy; like, why? BUT, you're right in that it's a double standard for "accepting" one kind of bootleg/repro/etc. over another.
Lol, yes pink Nirvana would be a top seller. It amazes me the lengths people will go to to make a fake of something
