I am very anxious about talking to public, I have a social anxiety, I have just started my first year at university and I am super worried about my seminars and presentations , haven’t slept well for 2 nights, been crying for a week , I even lost my appetite for food, I’m thinking to quit uni already, I don’t think I can do it, I know I can’t get a degree without doing presentations. I really don’t know what to do.
I am studying in the UK and English is my second language so I am not like other native speakers students with me who are confident and relaxed.

Believe me, you can do it. I almost dropped out of school in my first year because i didn't think i could talk in public. I was shy and introverted. First time I did presentation, i was so proud. I didn't think i could do it. My seminar presentation is in few months and I'm certain I will get through. You can do it.
