Hi cars with JB, just today I bought my first car, a 1 litre Peugeot 107, I just wanted to say thank you for recommending this car in your "20 cheapest first cars" video! That video really inspired my decision to purchase this as my first car!
Most iconic estate has to be the 850 T-5R / R. From my drive the M3, it wasn't the exciting super saloon I'd hoped for, but I feel like as a Touring it makes a huge amount of sense. Buying a C7 RS6 instead though, that's the one. Happy New Year JB!
I agree with that. M8 is currently below 50k. Depends which car. I am not a 911 man. They hold their value better than most cars as do R35 GTrs. Mercedes Sls and G Class Mercs. There are winners and loosers. Tesla is a depreciating machine as well and there are many others!
Happy New Year to you and all your viewers. For me the most iconic estate has to be the granddaddy of them all; the Volvo 850 T5. The police loved them and they set the bar for what a performance estate should be. Still highly desirable but finding a good one is very difficult.
M3 touring is way over €100K in The Netherlands, second hand. I prefer the M340i, which has very good tuning opportunities and almost as good as the. M3
Thanks JB, for all the content and hard work throughout the year. Giving us all these great videos. More need to subscribe and not just watch or like! Happy new year, to you and your family mate
Easy most iconic estate & i so regret never buying 1 in the late 90s is the 850 T5R &:R the least powerful T5 been so very iconic as a Police traffic car , infact wouldn't be surprised in the UK as the Police only had the T5 more was sold to the Police than the Public. In the late 90s an T5R with reasonable mileage could be bought for £5000 a little more for an 850R At 10 years old they could be bought from £1500 upto £3000 for a really good 850R estate. Now a 150,000 miles+ are over 10 grand easily.
I’d take anything over the Golf R, worst car I’ve ever owned. Poor build ability, dull to drive, full of faults and recalls. This is why VW is going broke. It’s not a well made car.
I really like this type of video JB, it is great to know all the details about the cars at different prices!

Happy new year and thanks for all you content in 2024 👍
BMW is the ultimate depreciating machine. It is common knowledge to people in the car trade.
Mine has lost £6k in value in the last year 🤣
Sorry mate. Which model do you have? Either way I bet it is a lovely car!
Any car is when you drive it off the forecourt

Subaru is the original fast estate, with the Legacy RS turbo from 1989
you should've added the B8 (2012-2015) Audi RS4 for the 25 k budget
Not the most iconic, but the 159 sport wagon and the XF estate are bloody gorgeous.
Most iconic has to be one of the Saab wagons.
The volvo t8 v90 is a true sleeper
V60 T8 is on my hitlist, still can't get my head around the beaver toothed monstrosity
Needs to be the version pre Volvo limiting the top speed to 112mph...
@MrLg55555 VDASH 😏
@ true
@@imfuctifino not that bad in my opinion, it actually looks pretty good
I had a 2002 530d msport touring, that thing was an absolute weapon
Keep up the great work JB ..love your views on the different cars and the various price ranges you give .. happy new year mate 🎉🎉

I’m so surprised you haven’t mentioned the Seat Leon Cupra estate… people really sleep on it too. Although it is a golf R under the skin
Have a great new year 🎉. Can we have some depreciated EVs next year
I mean for the 100K limit can also get the 2023-2024 rs6 performance c8
Depends where you live. In The Netherlands you pay at least 160K for second hand 2023/2024 model
Happy New Year JB 🥳

Happy new year, to you and your family mate
Volvo 850 T5 for the 1990’s touring car days. Surely that’s where it all started and therefore the best fast estate?
RS4 Avant B7 most iconic by far. Imo 😊
E30 touring is the goat if estate cars
Got a t8 they are fast. Eats most cars offline golf r is light work. Best challenge I had from light was with an id3 up until 30/40mph I was impressed
Happy new year to you and all in the comments 🎉🎉
Most iconic estate has to be the P 1800 es
Porsche panamera for 50k
One of the very best is the BMW 335D. Mega engine and best Q car available
Old workmate stage 2 his 535, it was silly fast - probably the fastest at work but it often was in for some work.
Focus st estate 5k?? Where??
Thanks official gassed
Happy new year mate
Jaguar 3.0 sportbrake, awesome
U can get a panamera wagon for the same price as that audi though🤔🤔🤔....
The Pacific is an ocean 😅

850 R

Ffs slow down on your delivery, it's good content spoilt by the Usain Bolt speed of delivery.
Speed up your brain
😂 slow the video down then or try the pause button. It’s fine for me as it is
