This is absolutely wonderful, so moving and inspiring! I am in awe of Keith's creativity and his irrepressible spirit. I love how his experimental approach leads to the creation of unique visual treasures, photographed in ordinary places with ordinary objects in the frame. I'll need to watch this film several times in order to absorb more of his wisdom and to appreciate the depth and breadth of his artistry. Thank you so much, Ted, for creating this delightful tribute to an outstanding artist!

His English is so poetic, just like is oeuvre! The ubiquity of the Hasselblad cameras just made my day! And then the sad news of Pat passing away, so much contrast and the crown jewel of all his poetry saying that this is a wonderful world! His strength is amazing! Ted, thanks for this present to all of your followers! Outstanding!

Just watched this after seeing Keith’s name in your most recent Hasselblad video. This is an outstanding interview and life story. Watching it helps me better understand some personal doubts about my own photography. “Personal projects are why I work....It’s like you’re writing your autobiography.....the photographs I’ve made that are the most meaningful - maybe not the best - are ones nobody sees.” I’m going to spend a lot of time reflecting on his words. Thanks, Ted.

Ted, oh Ted. This is a masterpiece. I suppose almost any interview with Keith Carter would be interesting, but your experience with him and your sensitivity show us Keith Carter with clarity and wisdom and affection. He is my favorite. If William Faulkner painted with light rather than words, he would join Keith Carter in corpus. I am very pleased to be on the planet at the same time as Keith Carter and will value your interpretation of him through this video. Thank you.

Wow Ted!!! What a great interview. When Keith gets to the part when he talk ps about the passing of his beloved wife, and he quoted her last words "what a beautiful world this is" really "got me by the feels".
It make me stop and think about the beauty in life and we should not take it for granted and take the time to observe and enjoy the beauty that is all around us.
As an amateur "photographer" just starting out with hopes of one day being a pro, it really makes me want to stop and capture that beautiful world and moments that fly by us on a daily basis!!!
