Hi mate, Here's a few tips: 1. Don't run too hard and fast from October-December 2. Find a training plan that builds you up from January-Round 1 3. Not every session has to be hard 4. Take a recovery day from running between 2 hard sessions 5. Consistency is key - keep showing up and putting in the work. Good luck!
