- I explain the easiest way to beat the most difficult level of Super Mario Bros. Wonder and show the 100% completition Reward
This is a psychotic level
agreed
Only part that was annoyingly hard was the invisible portion at the end. Everything else wasn't bad at all
The spring feet is horrible @@JayJvXz
@@MrTmb64 that one was fun. They were all fun. Invisibility was pure stupidity
@@JayJvXzbut the spring feet wasnt?
I used Nabbit to complete this level. He’s a lifesaver and doesn’t get knock back when taking damage like the Yoshis do.
Thank you, I guess I will do the same.
Isnt most of the threats instadeath
I just completed it 100% with Daisy. I will never do it again. Thank you. 😂
This level is just pure evil.
The Parachute Cap portion might be a little tougher than the norm, but not too bad. Just follow the coins and its fairly simple. It almost lures you into a false sense of security like "Yeah, I can do this"
The Floating High Jump room is not too bad either, especially when you figure out that the ground pound moves the platform faster. After this room on my first go through, I was like "yeah, I got this."
The Dolphin Kick room might be a little tough, but not unreasonable or that insane compared to other levels. And hey, if you're using Yoshi or Nabbit, this is the easiest room in the whole thing because its impossible to die. So three rooms in, I'm feeling pretty good.
Crouching High Jump Room...here we go. I screwed up here so many times that it made my head spin. I had to basically die a kajillion times until I completely memorized the room and could get through it through muscle memory. Once I got passed that room, I thought "phew, what a relief" but also "What on Earth is beyond this point?"
Next came the Wall Jump Room which again, I died a lot (which also meant I had to go back and replay the Crouching High Jump room, adding to my memorization of that part). Part of my issue here was that I never equipped the Wall Kick badge outside of badge challenges and so my instinct was to always just bounce off the wall for a kick and I had to "Unlearn what I have learned" and just get used to the mechanic. Once I did, I got the hang of it and memorized this room well. It was tough, but not as tough as the previous room and I hoped maybe the worst was over.
And then God struck me down like the poor unclean piece of garbage I am. Next was the Spring Jump Room which I absolutely hated. Again, I never equipped that particular badge (why on Earth would I?) and I had to get use to the bouncing around every second and time the jumps through the fire chains. It was a hell of a process, but once again, I got used to the mechanic and ultimately memorized the room after multiple deaths. Aside from the last room, this is probably the toughest one in the whole level. I imagine Yoshi and Nabbit make this room significantly easier (especially Nabbit who doesn't get knocked back) but otherwise, it is pretty tough.
Got the Checkpoint Flag and I thanked heavens for it, but then I got stuck in the Jet Run Room which was another one that threw me off completely. The whole Jet Run thing messes with me because whenever I run off the edge, my first instinct is to hit jump immediately, but having to wait a little bit and hit jump at the right time was another thing I had to master to get through this room. Fortunately, the buds help to mark where you need to jump in most places. Lot of deaths, lots of trial and error, and I finally memorized the room and made it through.
After being tortured for the last four rooms, I thanked the lord for the Boosting Spin Jump area. This is the only room in the back half that feels relatively normal, like it could have been in any other standard level. Its straight forward and the badge doesn't interfere with how one would normally play through a level. This one is the breath of fresh air as you travel through the seven circles of hell.
Now the Grappling Vine area which is a little tough in the first half (Those strategically placed spike balls make it VERY easy to screw up your shot) but once you get past that initial wave, this one isn't so bad. The later portion of the room allows you to time things and even go back if you mess up and try again. I got through it relatively unscathed (compared to those four rooms in the middle anyway).
I go through the pipe, come out in what I hoped to God was the last room and my heart just sank when I saw it was an Invisibility Badge Room. I wanted to turn the game off and just quit, but I went on. I died almost immediately. I just couldn't keep track of where I was and focus on my jumps at the same time. I thought "there is no way I can do this." Finally, I got a tip to hold the dash and jump buttons at the same time on the jumps, which helps by elminating the need to time the big jumps like I was doing in the Spring Jump Room. Still, once I got to the Boomps, I just couldn't time the jumps properly. I thought I could cheat by using Yoshi's flutter jump to help, but that only seemed to make it worse as I would lose track of him faster. I tried again with Mario and I finally got the pattern down, made it through and when I landed on the other side of the crevice and saw the stairs, I practically jumped for joy! My time in hell was finally over! But then, they had throw one last middle finger by making this the toughest flagpole in the entire game. I tried to time the jump right to get to the top but NOPE! I didn't get it. All that and I didn't get the flagpole...meaning I would have to go back and do this all over again.
So I go through my cycle again and at this point, I can get through the first nine rooms fairly quickly and without dying. It was like my own version of Groundhog Day. It was the same thing over and over again. No surprises and I knew what was coming and I felt like all those rooms that gave me so much trouble before, I could almost do them blindfolded now. But the invisibility room was still tough. I died a few times, but I got through the pit a second time, made it to the flag pole and...COMPLETELY SCREWED UP THE JUMP! I actually came down even lower than I did the first time, close to the middle of the pole. I was beyond pissed at this point. I took a break, then came back to it, stormed through rooms 1-9 per usual at this point, and then I made it through the invisilbility room in only 3 tries this time. I stood on the top of that staircase and said "I am timing this fucking jump right!" and third time was the charm and I finally got it. Huzzah!
I only got two Game Overs while playing Super Mario Wonder and they both came from playing this frustrating marathon of a level. There were a couple of other levels where I died once, twice, maybe three times on a tough one, but nothing like this. This was so hard, I felt like they needed to add a sixth star to the difficulty rating. I have played some hard and frustrating Mario levels in my day (Luigi's Purple Coins in Super Mario Galaxy, 8-1 in Super Mario Bros. 3, Soda Lake in Super Mario World, Tubular from Super Mario World, and virtually anything post World 3 in Japanese Super Mario Bros 2) but I have never played one quite like this. This has to be the toughest level in Mario history. I've never died this many times trying to beat one level and I've certainly never had to beat a level this hard three times to get everything.
Yeah I felt like this level should have a 6-Star difficulty rating even tho I passed the invisable part and got the top of the flagpole first try.
I read allat 💯
This level is toooo hard. It’s not enjoyable. It is frustrating to say the least.😮
Feel this in my soul
Ig you like the chill levels for the challenge and not the vibes
There's a difference between a difficult but fun level and a level that is just straight up too hard. This is straight jp torture, I already 100%ed everything else in the game (whish the devs knew, because you have to to get here) and now it won't be truly finished if i don't complete this psychotic piece of shit. Excellent guide, TYSM
I dont eeally like when people say all people think this level is unfun, it makes me feek off, its more unfun to you but i like it
Nah they’re evil with the invisible part
1000% sure they didn't tested it!
How is nobody realizing that this is the first champions road-like level to be in 2D??
Imagine you don’t get the flagpole at the end 😭
IT JUST HAPPENED TO ME 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Similar problem, but with the first big purple coin. Had to go through more pain and suffering
That happened to me, but with the insane amount of time I played that level, I beat it again in less time and got to the top of the flag😊
It happened to me as well... sh!t... like 1 hour and 60 lives lost... but i got it!
You have earned a billion claps from me. It took me HOURS AND LOTS OF DAMAGE AND LIVES LOST TO BEAT THIS. You are a Mario god. Here is your crown: 👑
I’ve been trying for days…
The spin from galaxy hits different man
Guide was so fire, I putted it in my cooking playlist🥶
This level has made me INSANELY violent
So I did this level as Yoshi. Even with him, it was hard. But at least I followed this guide. Mostly.
I ACTUALLY COMPLETED THE FINAL-FINAL CHALLENGE ON MY SECOND PLAYTHROUGH AS PEACH, AND I AM SCARRED FOR LIFE! HOW DID I GET THE SPRING FEET PART ON MY FIRST TRY AND WHY WAS IT HARD WITH YOSHI?!😭
I picked Light Blue Yoshi to cruise through that level, and it took me almost two hours, but I finally nailed it. The invisible part was the hardest, no doubt
Pick a regular charecter like a real man
Fire was hardest for me.
Also, why is it easier with Yoshi? Because it floats or something?
@@franwex he doesn’t take any damage
Can someone give me tips for the invisible part? I always get right to the end with the last balloon animal and never make it.
This is the ONLY thing stopping me from being COMPLETELY 100% & after watching this video im honestly not gonna even attempt it or i will have $1000s of dollars damages of holes in my walls & a broken 65" tv with shattered joy-con debri all over the place & extremely high blood pressure. That invisibility part ALONE & not having any checkpoints is a wrap. I enjoyed the game & that's all that matters despite it being pretty quick & semi challenging. See ya next time Mario when yall release that new Mario & Luigi brothership game on Nov 7th.
✌️...dueces😂
invisibilty part is very evil..😔😭🙏
1000% sure they didn't tested it!
This is a *wonderful* guide
The tape on the screen to track where my character is on the invisible part helped me get through that part, thanks
So I tried doing this level with nabbit and apparently I still couldn't complete it so whoever designed this level must love seeing me suffer.
Thanks for tips, great guide!
I beat it but i missed the top of the flag and now have to do it all over again 💀
I haven't even beat it yet.
I guarantee that I'll do the exact same thing you did though. 😂
I also did that on 'Climb to the Beat.'
Had to redo the entire thing just for the flagpole.
🤬
I haven't gotten past the fire part and hopefully this helps!!
I just wanted to say that I spent more than 2 hours and 70 lives on this. And I almost went nuts, it was so frustrating and obnoxious! I made it with Luigi, do not attempt it with him 😂😂 Thanks for the video!
That was shockingly well done.
Originally I beat it witch all 10 coins however didn’t nt get the top of the flag pole so it took me 2 hours to do it again so in total this level has sucked away 5 hours of my life I’ll never get back but man it was fun
I havent raged like this since the old NES days. lmao Still an excellent game though, and I love the challenge!
the guy who didn't complete the level with wonderful
At least Nintendo had the courtesy of adding checkpoints. Could you imagine how much worse it would be if there weren’t any?
Sorry for any nightmares you may have tonight.
I think thst would be a really cool challenge, especillt since its like the finsl fauntlet
When will nintendo learn that we aren't some kind of superpowered humans who can finish his level with their eyes closed?!
They arent either yet they best in in like 100 tries
I got past 3:20 for the first time, still very unreliable though. I'll take ages to do this... well
Got past the fires... Missed the green guys at the end :( Game over. Now let me buy my second set of 99 lives.
Ok. I got it. All I needed was practice.
Congrats!!
I CAN'T DO ITTTTT
Now do it with your girlfriend. That’s the hardest challenge in video game history right there.
No i think doing it with your girlfriend is easier then this level
@@arthurmorgan9559you have to include the difficulty of finding a girlfriend for hardcore platform gamers.
@@arthurmorgan9559 lmao. Ya got me.
Just finally did it with both kids, both dogs and wife watching. Felt like a god, wife laughed at me haha
@@jakebennett5029 the dogs were playing too!? 😂
Managed to finish the level, but I didn't got the top of flag pole 😭
Same here. Did it with Luigi, but I’ll try again tomorrow with Yoshi or nabbit.
I finally managed to finish, even reached the top... Only to see I somehow missed the second purple coin 😞
@@jonathanschultesdulcimer try using nabbit, it’ll count your progress too and will be easier.
I did it with Luigi the first time, spent almost 5 hours, and then I was tired with the flagpole top and used nabbit and it counted.
Thanks I’ve been stuck on the spring foot stage
I watched the video bit i still can't pas the ivibility one 😢
So I saw it and decided not to try. Its beyond my powers. I will not stand. I will cry if I try
This is literally genius move because you might save so much time and etc..
Took me ~120 tries as Mario. Wanted to earn it.
BRO, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Your technique in invisibility was different than mine. I made sure to use every green thing to make sure I made it across. Other than that perfect
Are you human?😮
Good question!
actually my key is B. not A.
I did everything i cannot find the location for this for the life of me and google/ youtube have not showed the location of it 😑
You have to complete every other level 100 for it to show up.
Nabbit called🍷🗿
I cannot get past the fire part. Stuck forever
Use nabbit😊
Ummmm the mushroom is a power up.
Played the whole level with 2 players. If you can get past the other player getting in your way and the camera screwing you over constantly, you get a marker above your head for the invisible bit
