I am glad someone recognises the brain genius it requires to hit ivysaur up-air three times in a row.
As a pt main, yes impossible
Most brain dead thing in the game
@@Cypress1600cargo throw would like to have a word
@@mohammadalhusaini810 cargo throw isn’t comparable at all donkey is a terrible character if you get tilted from cargo throw then I know you’re ass at the game and have no idea what you’re talking about 🤣
@@mohammadalhusaini810 at least cargo throw requires knowing the percents and you can actually use mindgames with it
for the first two groups it's krool. good recovery, heavy hitting, armor, belly armor, 2 spamable projectiles, 2 ways to shove your opponent into the ground, a counter...
not mentioning king k rool is crazy
At very low level the character as litteraly no weakness because at this level nobody is able to edge guard him
And ness aswell
Spammy, big double jump, super strong side b against beginners
@@kevlemulet2726 true ! Mainly because of pk fire honestly. This shit makes every beginner crazy !!!
My thoughts on steve on, hes easy to play, hard to Master, NIL, PBR, TBC, Constant Zoning, getting close without getting knocked outta Minecraft, Good reads, alot.
Steve is the best character that doesn't mean you're the best player in the world all of a sudden you need to learn the fundamentals and for competitive wise you're not guaranteed to win anything
Unfortunately I'm horrendous at Steve
Steve is absolutely NOT easy.
Spend 10 minutes in training mode and he will be your best character
@@wishtyme*a little more than 10 if you want to do NILs
@@wishtyme what are you doing in this training mode for that
@@DragonMaster1818 Depends on what NILs you’re doing and how fast you can learn them. You could probably learn NIL 1 in about five minutes but it takes longer to get other NILs down. It’s also easier to screw up in a real match because you actually have an opponent that can pressure you.
Haven't watched the video yet, but my opinion is that there's a skill ranges and character potential range.
The lowest of the character potential is how good you do when you start out with a character and determines how easy a character is. The maximum of the character potential is when your skill with that character reaches 100% and is what determines the official tier lists.
I tried explaining it as best as I could, but if you have questions or disagree please respectfully leave a response.
I NEED to ask. Do you do your own editing? Because holy shit your comedic timing on these edits. I don't rarely laugh out loud but this is so fun to watch
Edit:I feel like Bowser belongs in comp L/D because he's a great gatekeeper to higher level. He has grab combos and a grab that conditions, fast, dumb shit like whirling fortress, and can bulldozer through attacks with tough guy. It's a rough match up when you're figuring out your character.
wasnt ready to see my name on a bowser falling to hie death😂😂
Ngl lost my first 100 matches in quick play. Finally won a round; and for the next 10,000 matches, won 50%
Terry imo is highly underrated and mid level. You don’t really need to know the inputs if you are fudementally sound at the game. But once you do learn inputs
🤜🏽 💥 🐺
All I know is I need to get better 😆
Great video. I disagree 100% tho, that Sonic is in the Top 3 easiest chars to play on Top Level. I would even say, he is one of the hardest
Thank you, glad you liked the video! I gotta be honest, everybody has a different opinion on that matter. My main point was more, that there is not really an "easiest character" and everything depends more on the skill level of the player.
Playing Ganon at top level is hard, and playing Steve at a Beginner level is hard as well. But swap the characters around and boom, you got a casual machine like Ganon or the best character in the game with Steve for tournaments.
@@Sillintor I agree with you and I think it is good, that your maingoal was to make your point clear in the video
Edit: Also, I think that some chars just play „another game“. They skip some parts that most chars need to master, but have other difficulties that others don’t have.
We all know these mfing kids pick cool characters.
Hello
Rob is the easiest in my experience.
1:48 HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!! IS THAT A MOTHER FUCKING JOJO REFERENCES??? JOJO IS THE BEST FUCKING ANIME!!! ORAORAORAORAORA ORAORAORAORAORA ORAORAORAORAORA ORAORAORAORAORA
First. Love u bro.
I min gang...
👇
steve is definitely NOT easy to play. I cant play steve for shit, and the hell you mean snake, pac-man and kazuya are easy!?
For top player for whom execution is easy. Not for timmies like you lol
Sonic requires mental stamina to play him and try even camp with him, even players thats despises Sonic like Esam or Riddles admit that Sonic is decently hard to play in top level, and even so, why there are not a lot of Sonics in tournament compared to other characters like Steve, GnW and even Rob and Min Min (In Japan, specially). And so, there weren't any of Sonics besides Sonix and sometimes Ken when the Steve Ban was a thing.
Sonic also doesn’t take stocks off of win neutral interaction. He also has a lot of techniques that require very good execution, his combos are calculated outside of spindash combos, and edgeguarding with him is a must due to him struggling to kill otherwise sometimes, requires a ton of focus
That Olimar insult was both out of pocket and funny as heck.
Anyone else clock the Steve's anvil can hit and "secure an early stock" whilst being shown a video of Link surviving anvil at 165%?
You sneaky dog, you.
to be fair, he did jump off the anvil, so it was weaker. If he had stayed on the anvil it woulda killed
And rob is only barely mentioned?! You sit up on a throne of lies and deceit!
Before watching the video, in my opinion, there isnt "one easiest character", in the end, it probably only depends on your playstyle and what you feel natural with. Every character has their easy abusable moves , and their hard mechanics
Objectively best take
King K rool is the best character AND NO ONE CAN CHANGE MY MIND
I legit believe I won my first and only Smash Ultimate local on account of Samus's stamina ease and drain on the opponent. I lost literally every single game I could afford to lose, then pulled a reverse 3 stock on next game where it really counted. Then won all remaining games in a row out of the two consecutive best of Fives as I held top of winner's bracket. My opponent was a Byleth who used up just about all their tricks on me while my zoning game didn't really need as much deception, just good old neutral and winning to coin flip at ledge. The very final game winning combo was small charge shot to dash attack against ledge get up. My Samus's shoulder tackle was the last thing that Byleth ever saw for the rest of their now over career. And my brother even got to commentate on the match, saying it'd take a Christmas miracle for me to win while I was about to ready my reverse 3 stock on the match last point round that would've put me in 2nd place. I'll never forget it. My and my tenacious Samus really pushed all the stamina drain stops to the bitter end. And I didn't need Steve to do it. (I'm joking, I know Samus is hated. Lmao)
Hey sillin I did some testing odds with game and watch judge and I found out that the odds aren't 1/8, it starts with a 1/9 chance and when you use judge the first two numbers you get can't appear again until the number gets replaced by a new number
(Example: pulling a 7 and 3 makes them impossible to pull again until you use judge for a new number) But I've noticed judge has a "comeback mechanic" you could say
If g&w has less than half of his opponent stocks it looks like the chances for a nine are heavily boosted appearing more often but so far I've only seen this happen with 5 seconds or less on the clock but that's what I and others have tested
No mention of min min for beginner? She presses a or b and covers half the stage in a giant hitbox.
I would say fundamental characters; pit, wolf, palutena, etc are the easier ones. no real “easiest” character imo
Comp l/m should have been min min
its easily pyra and mythra
I’m good at the game maybe hard on myself and don’t know how to deal with 8million or higher but maybe I can get to a higher level playing a more simple character like sonic or Steve maybe Kirby.
Link is hard to get good with get stuck in 6-8 million range drop down to 5-4mill and everyone is easy and man around 6-5 it’s laggy. Plus my switch dock seems to connect to the tv anytime it wants. I reset everything and it works fine but I don’t know when it will happen again in 30 minutes 5mins or an hour…
So who’s the best fighter I think it’s the players not the characters. GPS might be bull. So maybe use Arenas instead.
Milestones: elite smash seems to be impossible but 5 in a row should do it.
Why no ROB? Xd
Hmmm, here's my guess for easiest Elite Smash characters:
- Steve
- Pikachu
- Palutena
- Pythra
- Fox
- ROB
- G&W
- Joker
this is indeed really spicy. I dont play looking out for the best character, that is boring. I play cus I like the character. Playing to win is a thing, but playing for fun AND win is a satisfaction that I love.
Good video. The points made were very well said
meanwhile me: waiting for min min to get named in the video
Fr man. Also, me waiting for MARIO and SAMUS to be mentioned. Plus, Kirby should have actually been mentioned too, down b by itself is abominable💀💀💀😐
i always recommend pit to new players. good projectile, multiple jumps and great recovery, side b is a kill move that they can spam if they feel like it
Pac man is FAR from easy, you could spend years just mastering bonus fruit
Definitely has to be something like cloud the only tricky thin about him is to recover but that is more like a character weakness
Pickachu ? Stamina ? For maching I guess lmao
Yeah that’s cool but steve is my worst character (you can say min min too)
I would have used the EZFZ tier list instead of Lumirank.
Lumirank takes many top players opinions, while the EZFZ list looks at raw results and which characters are the most winningest.
When looking at that list, the top 3 is Steve, ROB, and Pyra/Mythra, who are each the only ones above 3% of all high level matches won. (Another 12 are above 2%, and the top 36 are above 1%)
My guy pacman yoo
not even mentioning K Rool for beginners or best of friend group or GnW for competitive players feels weird
I mentioned GnW for competitive players
@@Sillintor if you did you didn't talk about him specifically and just said the top 3 characters are the easiest
no piranha plant in every tier no like😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Roy, bowser, and ike are prob the best begginer chars imo.
Surprised that there is no level in between 2/3
Kirby’s down b is insane in the first group
I have no clue which character the easier for me to play as for ssbu.
Sheik is a top 10 character in a vacuum
ty sillin
I will always recommend sorra
Good video! I actually learned how to play Smash initially with Kirby for all the reasons you mentioned. I am pretty casual and honestly any of the heavies seem to be a good starter character. I had initially played Smash 4 and Smash Ultimate with Bowser as my main. He actually was pretty easy to learn the basics.
had almost the same experience. i started with pikachu and then kirby in smash 64, and then moved into link and dk when i reached best in friends. moving straight to smash ultimate, i struggled trying to play all my old characters, except a good heavy helped me to relearn: dk (and then bowser)
For the beginner tier easy characters, you should have mentioned the fact that even though they are easy that doesn't meant that they are good beginner characters, especially Kirby since a beginner characters needs to teach you all the basics of the game and have simple moves (side B goes sideways, up B goes upward, Fair and Bair are fairly similar and hit forward and backward...) where Kirby's specials and his dash attack can be confusing and you end up only spamming up and down B because it works until a surprisingly high level, but once you get here you have no clue on what to do because you didn't get the basics laid out... I think that the best beginner characters are Pit, Lucina and Fox, because none of their moves are OP and works when you spam them (Pit side B aside, but it has a ton of end lag so it can't really be smammed as much as Kirby's specials), you need to use their full kit and get all the basics to progress
For the Steve controversy, i think that his block mechanic is so unique that it feels like he's playing his own game and you have to beat him by playing only smash, so that's why peoples say that he's OP, but i think that pac man is so wild that if someone pushes him to a top level he may outshine steve
@@kokonutz_1368 in what world could Pac Man be better than Steve? what does he theoretically have that Tea doesn't do
Kirby ist der leichteste fertig is
clip hunters lol
It's Kirby
muteace video
Clip hunters lmao nice
Bayonetta could be added to the list of characters that are strong and draining to fight. Great vid
I was honestly thinking about it, but it's also draining for Bayonetta to not get the kill LOL
*steve*
Hell nah
As a filthy casual, King K rule was the most busted character for the longest time.
- A recovery that fails only if you try that is "hard to punish as it protects itself"
- Projectile spamm that is near unbeatable and trivial to do, you would be surprised how often new players just can't get through crown + cannonball spamm
- A heavy, meaning that you last significantly longer, and have big dumb moves that tend to kill quickly
- And finally, superarmor, superarmor on everything, so many cheap wins have been scored by the crown toss randomly blocking, or the down smash blocking some other downsmash, or the up smash blocking a forward attack.
Is he trash tier when people can play the game, yes, is he great when you lack skill, in my opinion, yes
(Also I think plant is top tier because his recovery is also great, he is heavy, and I still get feedback that the spike ball is simply uncounterable. Simply put, spike ball covers landings, functions as a counter that trades getting hit as a heavy for a good deal of damage and knockback on the opponent, and besides that, it can also cover the sides, it stalls a bit in the air, so if you misinput up air, its not a problem, its great)
You suggest Samus, Fox and Lucina, and while Lucina is spot on in my playgroup, Samus is quickly outclassed by the crocodile or snake. K-rule because his crown beats other projectiles, and covers more space, and snake because his up smash covers up and controllable missile spamm is great.
Only right answer is sonic
Nah
5:02 SENKUUUUUUU. DR STONE 👇 GANG
No way im main pikachu and i understands now why my stamina it doesn't last long
Damn the animation in this video is amazing, good job
my game and watch is ASS
Love this type of content!
First one here yippee
Hi guys.
2:58 Love the reference there
0:18 to answer that question, yes
Steve may be hard to learn, but he’s definitely not hard to play
Why did you not put K rool on low level man he hits like a truck, has super armor on almost all his moves, an insane up b and good frame data lol
@@asahelescober8664 also 2 projectiles
MAN YES THATS WHAT IM SAYING. Hell I even forgot about krool for a sec💀 but yeah fr, I literally do not even understand how there are zero krool players getting like notable results bc the character is LITERALLY BROKEN ASF
@@SpartanMK As soon as you learn edgeguarding he becomes gimpable lol and also he’s pretty linear on his recovery. It’s a heavy matchup check though
@@asahelescober8664 I've gimped him with his crown before but other than that, edgegaurding him is sometimes not exactly as easy as it may be. Unless your character has a counter but then again.
I’m gangsta with ness and make people rage quit
It’s Kazuya obviously
Short answer Roy
Only Smash 6 can save us now...
save what
"is steve ACTUALLY the easiest to use?" yes
