The treadmill footage is horrible, and my question is, why didn't he take his son immediately to the doctor for his pneumonia and throwing up? If his son Corey died from pneumonia, why did he flee to Tennessee? I hope the jury makes the right decision!

Corey did not have Pneumonia! That’s what the defense wants us to believe. His lacerated heart, liver, and bruised lungs were not the result of pneumonia, they were the result of blunt force trauma. His dad beat him to death. Review the expert witness physicians, and specialized physician statement. It’s all there.

I don’t agree with that statement. In most cases, with few exceptions, criminal defendants should not testify. But I do agree that he is guilty as sin.
He’s not innocent clearly. But he may be trying to project some sense of remorsefulness for what happened upon the jurors and the judge. I would be very surprised if the jury actually acquits him. But…..he may be seen as expressing remorse and receive a lesser charge/shorter sentence.
