  • Josh, This is a Dish I grew up on. Every time I make it, I reminisce about the past. When you decide to finally make this, you can definitely make it without the bones, but without them cooking in it, you will notice the difference in taste.
    You could use regular Paprika. But don't, you should track down Paprika from Hungary.
