    In this episode I am using Venison Rump roast cut into Cutlets to make this dish. Did you know, that depending on whether you deep-fry or pan-fry as well as whether you serve it with white gravy or brown gravy it would either be Country Fried or Chicken Fried Steak?!? There are many ways to make this recipe your own. This is the way I made it unique to me.
