I've unironically have spent at one point 2 entire hours doing nothing but clicking this stupid reroll button because i needed a character that can dual into druid because someone at BioWare was like "hmmmm fighter->druids need like 17 charisma" even though base druid does not?? and i didn't want to play half gimped. And ofc the amount of times i fell asleep is astonishing.
@@FanOfDaUnderAppreciated I've did the auto roller at some point but it was so good it rolled some weird numbers I've never seen doing it manually so I've refused to use it ever since Besides it's just once in playthough thing, once you hit your imaginary numbers it's pretty much done for the next 3 games (sod included)
There is a way to reset the roll, gp back to the Class Selection, reselect class and all then the numbers will reset, the bumps in the rolls of higher values are almost always in the same era and you can get a higher roll faster that way
To this day, I still roll it yet I also can't defend not just manually cheating it in. I mean, if you know you're not going to accept anything lower, why waste the time?
Honestly I don’t get the big difference between pressing reroll unlimited number of times and just setting your stats to max, aside from you just using that mechanic. But it seems to me that reroll is just a slow version of setting stats yourself. Now, I can understand having a cap on the number of times you reroll, like 5 times max reroll, but when you reroll for 2 hours, I think you might as well just set stats to the whatever you want.
Cheat engine can resolve this. Also there is a baldurs gate specific autoclicker that gets you your roll result, and even accounts for exceptional strength. I played this dumb game of rolling past enough as a child, I am fine just setting to 95 and calling it good.
I use the roller tool just to avoid this exact feeling :D i keep speed normal to mimic my own and keep looking. It's just for the auto-store really. And the save-sanity feature.
Just use a modding tool to pur whatevet you wants, its a stupid system that wastes your real life time, its useless to most people, unless you REALLY want to throw the dice...
Exactly, it gives you nothing, using the ee keeper or whatever is fairly easy, but most of all it takes why your TIME. I understand this at tabletop games, kinda, but here you are the only one rolling the dice, the enemies aren't, other characters aren't...
The amount of times i did that my self, is insane, uncountable, unreal and hunts me in my sleep.
Did it on a 99 baby, the regret is real
no patience, no gain
Too true man
Ppl who use EE Keeper : " Look what they need to mimic a fraction of our power "
Anything below 108 is for chumps. Get on that grindset.
The good thing is, literally everyone who plays these games can 100% relate
I had enough -> shadowkeeper
A perfect 95
This is exactly why I developed the express ability when in this menu to click look click look click look back and forth in one second

@@LightWavess i once wanted to see how high i could get as a human kensai it was the first time i ever saw above 95 i ended with a 99
@@LightWavess 2 hours, jeez. I would just install an auto roller mod if I'm that desperate; that's a good way to aggravate carpal tunel

Happens to all of us...
Every.Damn.Time.
lol, that head tilt is pure sadness.
Being there, done that!
3D Chess next level Big Brain moves.
As someone who's rolled over any number above 89 multiple times, I can tell this is based... lol
I feel your pain
I fell the pain
There was actually a 99
There is a way to reset the roll, gp back to the Class Selection, reselect class and all then the numbers will reset, the bumps in the rolls of higher values are almost always in the same era and you can get a higher roll faster that way
I know this exact feeling. Oh, how I know this exact feeling.
PAIN
Of course it's going to happen. It happened to me so many times.. I can't even
When i first played this game, 102 was one of my first rolls, and i didnt know ANYTHING so i hit reroll.
00f
Ooof I feel your pain 😂
HEH HEH HEH. At least you now have this short...
I know that feel, yup.
I just use a mod to cheat on dice rolls. No way I'm subjecting myself to this crap.
he passed a 99 too
Feel the pain.
Also it was obvious from click speed that would happen
We all think we'll spot the 9 no problem at all lol
Hah... classic
You can avoid this easy enough if you read the numbers before the next reroll.
I blame chat Madge
i really hope no one actually does it unless it's for a video. You just mod to give you whatever points you want.
This has happened to me every time I roll a character
To this day, I still roll it yet I also can't defend not just manually cheating it in. I mean, if you know you're not going to accept anything lower, why waste the time?
How can that 95 be so incredibly rare.. and yet.. so common if youre just spam clicking and cant stop fast enough.
One of lifes great mysteries for sure.
I did that on a 103
Wow
Oh dear.
That sucks man.
Oh no!
Why don't you use the auto-roller?
GODDEEEEEEEM
I wonder what class he was rolling up.

why not use autoroller?
Lol been there and it sucks.

Why not use Autoroller? Restrict yourself to 5 minutes or something.
87, 92 aren't good enough these days? Jeez.
Not if his character is Chuck Norris
Ughhhhhhhhhh
Jeez... 87, 92 aren't good enough these days?
😂😂 At this point just use a macro lol
Typical.
Just use an editor to give yourself the stats. Seriously, the mental damage is too high to go through that again.😮 🫡
