Thanks James. You know of the many struggles I went through on this one and I almost gave up on it but I think the end results are not too bad. This one actually did film and edit pretty good so that ends up being a bonus because as you know, building the kit is only a small part of the process when it comes to doing videos for UA-cam.
Your words are too kind. There are far better builders than I out there but I am so glad you enjoyed the video and my efforts. Makes it all worthwhile.
yes, that was crazy sketchy. I kept thinking I was going to break it! The only other model I has this much fear of was the Tamiya NSX kit which also has very thin A pillars.
Great work Spencer, really like your final outcome and great colour choices too. Your signature clicking sound in the beginning is always awesome too :) Well done
Thank you for your comments and support. It is appreciated. I try not to build a lot of red cars because it seems all cars are red cars but this on really had to be done in red. Haha. Testarossa next and guess what....it won't be red! 😂
Really awesome job, Spencer. Well done. The parts count of this must have been pretty high! Open doors - wow! The Walter Wolf thing interests me - I know he was a Canadian who bought out the original Williams F1 team but I don't know what this Lambo has to do with him!
Thanks Thomas. I think the original parts count was pretty high as I believe this was originally part of the enthusiast series but for more recent releases they have removed all the engine bits. Aoshima also offers the same kit and subject matter but theirs does have the engine build and I actually want to give their version a go as well. This fujimi is clearly an old casting and it is apparent when building it. From my understanding Walter Wolf had 3 lamborghinis made for him during the run of the LP500, a white one, a red one and a blue one. I believe he was also the first to design the adjustable spoiler on the back which helps to give the LP500 its very iconic look. I think he also had a hand in several other developments of the Countach as it continued its production run. Fun fact, the red one did end up in Japan and is fully restored and owned by a Japanese guy who runs a lambo shop. I really tried to do some research before building but there really isn't too much out there regarding his specific cars.
Nice work turning that into a nice model Spencer! Bravo!

She turned out Great!!! Nice Work!!!
Thanks mate. Appreciate the kind words.
Very cool build! Love the gull wing doors! Model on! 😎
I have always been a fan of the lambo doors and this kit does not disappoint. They are a little fiddly but needed on such an iconic car.
You sir are a model master. I enjoy your videos very much, thank you for showing us the possibilities.

Super cool car and a beautiful build.
Thank you so much!!!
Wow great work! Nice👍👍
Thank you so much.
Very nice build. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for watching. Without all you amazing viewers there wouldn't be a point in creating videos. My appreciation to each and every one of you.
Great work! enjoyable video! Keep it up!
Glad you enjoyed the video. Testarossa next!!
I already get nervous when I look at the A pillar, it doesn't even deserve that name :-)

@@ScaleAutoGarage no, that's awesome to do research behind these specific cars. Thanks for letting me know!
