There would be a ring seating mechanic, like 5-6 for the first ring, then more on the second and it the area is big enough, a third, of course the mechanic would be affected by surroundings, like walls and drops, so only some areas are available to sit, and people could just stand in the back, but since everyone is in 3rd person, they all see the fireworks.
