What church people don't understand is there are more gifted & annointed singer/musician/preachers than Tommy Bates. Heard him one time in Richmond, Ky probably 15 yrs ago & he seemed average, but now since I'm in my early 40s he seems very mediocre.
God doesn't see average or mediocre my friend. He sees and hears praises and honor given unto him. Doesn't matter who you are God notices that, but in a different way notices your prideful and arrogant comments against his children. We are supposed to stand together not tear each other down. It's not Mr Bates that we praise but I do believe God's anointing is upon him, and it is a dangerous thing to speak against God's anointing and his children. I'm not trying to make you mad, but I want you to know that I pray for you and hope God changes your mindset.
