How many dataslates before GW realises Admech is not a BS4+/WS4+ army, and they will never be playable until they go back to hitting on 3s with more AP?
@@denniskeler8068 It's your opinion, but it's wrong. Admech has always been BS3+ for two reasons. Firstly, they shoot as well as Marines do in the lore, or so close as to be worth it on tabletop. Secondly, if Admech don't get to hit on 3s, they either need far more shots/ far stronger special rules on the datasheets, or they end up being an unaffordable horde army with 200+ models because they don't do any damage. Would you rather Admech was like T'au where the shooting phase lasts an hour because they have to get so many units with so many guns to output an acceptable amount of damage on 4s, or would you rather they just... respected the lore and let them hit on 3s like they always used to? You can argue Marines are better all day long but the shooting of a Skitarii is far closer to a Marine's than a Guardsmen's. It's not like they melee as well as Marines or have the same durability.

I like doing them for big releases, I’ve pushed production really far so now it’s a bit time consuming for weekly releases. Expect to see them for codex releases though :)
I don't play either of these armies, but the disparity between them is brutal based on what I just watched. Setting aside the hot dice for Mikey, at no point did it feel like AdMech was posing a significant threat to anything on the table. I feel bad for AdMech players, as I doubt very much GW will adjust BS or WS because of the data cards they printed and shipped all over the world. I think you're just stuck with it for the entire edition. Points drops just make GW money while putting a burden on the player to buy/build/paint more w/o addressing the root cause. I hope you AdMech players are thrown some sort of bone, because this was pretty paintful to watch.
The army is miserable in every way. GW has lost the plot of how to write our rules. They looked at Admech struggling with a 30% winrate for most of 9th edition, and decided to nerf almost everything in the army to hit worse, re-roll less, have no AP at all, etc. Literally what did they expect was going to happen? I can only think the rules team actually hates the army and wants them to be bad. The disparity between Admech and almost any other army's rules is just disgustingly plain to see.
Seems like the design team has made a series of varied mistakes while designing the Admech codex. The army rule needs to be stronger to compensate for incredibly underwhelming datasheets.
Does anyone know which app he used for the scoreboard? I would like to share the score on a display like this for my next games. Great game and maybe YT Battelreport guys should play Admech against other factions to let them show their true worth
The Rant about Ad-mech..not really needed, He should be ranting about his dice rolls. I have seen this time again, everyone goes in with the mental state, that AdMech suck cuz of a 4 to hit, when in reality you can make them threes. Which Tom does a few times in this game..but then proceeds to flub his rolls. Back to the mental state of your army, if you think there bad, it will reflect in your dice rolls, i see it time and again, then the player become frustrated with his dice rolls, and rants about how bad such and such is. When in fact its not as bed as they think. 4's to hit+ Trash, 4+ feel no pains= gods gift..there both 4 ups. Kinda of a funny dichotomy . P.S. his Mike is also playing a VERY good detachment as well..almost to good really..full re rolls and 1's to re roll..crazy, Knights only get 1 1 to re roll...kinda dumb.
I haven't seen Admech win this match up on 6 channels now.

In my opinion they should be a bs4+ army...but they deserve more AP. and yes i think the rule design is not good atm for admech.

@@AllThingsCubeyin 9th, admech were glass cannons, great at putting out damage but died incredibly easy. now they are glass.
@@AllThingsCubey I thought AdMech were more similar to Drucari, glass cannons that instead of having BS3 have more "Anit" unit-type rules.

That's the 11th batrep the admech got rolled over on 😂 they literally kill nothing. I don't think they're even A tier on BS3+
