I had to switch my shoes in 2019 . To voninc orthodics shoes witch has help tremendously for pain in one spot or everywhere. Even for achy sour feet. They work better than custom made orthodics and cheaper. There expensive but last for ever. My first pair of there flip flops from 2014 I still have with arch support. Now my tennis shoes are from them and my casual and sandals . My feet don’t hurt in them. Recently I been having foot pain and feet agian from planter fasciitis but the ice water bottle these shoes and hamstring streaches work. A lot of orthpedict surgeron never heard about this amazing shoe brand
