Holy cow. Literally instant improvement! I walk a lot (20K+ steps daily) and out of the blue, my left cuboid began bothering me...not that I had even heard that word before attempting to self-diagnose! Watched this and massaged it away! Also added an orthotic to my shoes and it feels a LOT better. So glad this was the first video that popped up when searching cuboid syndrome.

IM ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED. With 10 days to go till my half marathon my foot began to show signs of the outside foot pain. It was very discouraging and scary because 4 months ago the familiar pain on an even more excruciating level left me out of action for two weeks when I just started training...I had tried a few different things with really no significant change. I found myself just having to stay off it for as long as possible while taking anti inflammation meds. HOWEVER, after watching this video, I tried the method of pushing down on the top of my cuboid with a small dense rubber ball. I rolled it around in a massage motion while pressing down and I swear I heard a slight click, and with MY PAIN NEARLY COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED. Went on a 5 mile run the very next morning, no pain whatsoever. Your a life saver Doc. I'm gonna complete my goal.

I was completely unable to walk until I saw this video and started working it back in. Mine was today at work. I kicked a jack stand out of the way and banged it sideways. Hit exactly in the top of the foot right on the cuboid above the 5th metatarsal. Didn't think much of it, it hurt when I did it. But I just walked it off and was fine. About 3 hours later could not hold any weight with that foot at all. After your video and still working it, but the pain is just about gone. And I can walk again. I was even using crutches earlier, and thought I needed an xray. Thank you so very much sir. I always had appreciation for Dr's even though they give me the creeps along with anything medical or dental. People like you are helping me get over that.

I did the recommended exercises yesterday. All around the cuboid of my left foot, it was inflamed and painful; after one day of manipulating the area as recommended around the cuboid, the inflammation is nearly gone. I can walk without pain today. The pain and swelling are so reduced, I believe my foot will be back to normal within days. I appreciate the detailed instruction on how to accomplish this. What I also really like about this presentation are the recommendations on how to prevent it again. Thank you!

Amazing!! Thank you so much. I fractured my 5th metasal and even though it has healed my foot has never stopped paining all the time when walking and standing. This technique cured my pain and helped my foot like nothing else before. Despite having MRI, ultrasound and ctscans i thought thus may be a problem I might be dealing for the rest of my life evening though I'm 38 years old. But this really worked 1000% and I am so grateful for stumbling across it. Thank you Dr 😊

My cuboid bone was dislocated by my foot rolling inward, and both doctors I saw missed it completely. X-rays showed no breaks, so 'here's a boot' that I couldn't use at all. I could not walk on it, it was a huge bump on the bottom of my foot that I could put no weight on. I walked with my foot turned toes up, all weight on the back of my heel. Months it was out of place. More than two months. I did my own research, figured it out (it was really obvious after doing some reading) and got my boyfriend to push it back in for me. INSTANT relief, instant. I cried. I was able to put weight on it, and while it was sore for a bit it was just a miraculous decrease in difficulties and immediately the mobility issue was resolved. It hurts from time to time still, it's just I guess enough damage to enfold it into the sphere of my arthritis pain. I've broken each and every plalange and metacarpal in both feet multiple times, almost certainly also several of the heel bones, but they don't ache as obvious individuals as the cuboid now does.
It was awful. I don't understand how they could all have missed it.

I'm not a runner. I'm post chemo, overweight, 60-year-old woman in excruciating pain after being on my flat feet for 3 to 4 hours. Not constant standing. I've gained 50 pounds over the last 10 years. The more pain, the less I could do. I'm almost immobile. Lost balance. I was always active. The more I would push my activity, the longer the recovery. Sometimes 2 days. Hours of pain while trying to sleep. I think your video is turning me in the right direction.
I'm making an appointment with a podiatrist.
Just wanted to say thank you.
I was about to give up hope of a mobile future.

I’ve been a year now on crutches with extreme pain and swelling of my whole foot, ankle and leg (below the knee) after a fall down the stairs with resulting plantarflexion and inversion of foot and landing hard on a concrete floor which took a little chip out of my talus near the navicular bone. I couldn’t even stand the bedclothes on my lateral ankle! After 2 x-rays, an MRI and a CT scan, multiple visits to GP’s, 2 orthopedic doctors and hospital physioterapists, none of whom even considered a problem with a subluxed cuboid, this video put me on to the problem. My osteopath finally helped me with my cuboid and totally locked ankle. I had no glide in my talus bone or distal fibular. Mobilisation of all of this has given me hope for the future. Thanks for this video that put me on the right track.

I'm mindblown. I can't begin to tell you just how happy I am to have found this video! I've spent the past two weeks in pain walking with a dull ache under and on the side of my foot. I've been to see a podiatrist and I was told it's because I have a tight left calf and I simply needed to rest up and stretch. I started doing these movements and after 2 minutes... WOW! I heard a crunch and felt almost instant relief. I haven't felt this good in weeks. Thank you so much, I can't begin to imagine how long this could have gone on for otherwise. Back to marathon training I go! :)

After going on my weekly long run, it became painful for me to stand and walk. I did not roll my ankle, nor did I experience gradual or localized pain of a stress fracture. Since the pain was sudden and occurring on the outside and bottom of my foot, I knew it was something else. I watched this video, followed the treatment, and essentially had instant relief. I literally was walking normally after 15 minutes.

I was working out 3 days ago doing legs including calf raises, which I believe to be the culprit, and was in pain afterwards. Despite the pain, yesterday I walked 3 miles and afterwards could barely stand on my left foot. I kind of thought it might help, but it only exacerbated the problem. I found this video, did the maneuvers that you taught, heard and felt some popping noises pretty much throughout the whole top of my foot for some reason, and bam, all better. Thank you so very much. This video probably saved me a pretty penny of having to go to podiatrist!

I cannot thank you enough honestly... I play basketball and a lot and for the past two weeks i couldn't run correctly because bending my foot to be on my toes gave this really uncomfortable sensation and pain on the outside of my foot. When I did these, I actually heard my foot crack and I immediately knew that this is what I needed. I don't feel that discomfort on my foot now when i bend it which is awesome. I'm gonna take some rest to heal faster now. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My cuboid subluxated in the bottom of a heavy squat, when my ankle rolled and incurred a grade 2 inversion ankle sprain. I couldn't gain enough leverage with my hands to manipulate my cuboid back into place. The solution it turned out was a golf ball placed underneath the bone, rolling it with gentle pressure, after facial manipulation of the peroneals.

My foot has been hurting for weeks. Maybe months I'm not sure as I have a pre-k and infant. Tried this and instantly felt so much better I almost cried out of joy.

Thank you sir! I did the squeeze method on the cuboid and it totally worked. I Had been feeling slight pain on the top and side of my foot the past 2 weeks and thanks to your video I could completely assess what bone needed adjusting and how to fix it. Great video!
