~TL Notes~ 0:00 - White Day Scenario - I pondered several different ways to improve "White Day Voice" because that's not how we'd say that in English. The two I juggled between was "scenario" and "roleplay" and kinda used them interchangeably in the video depending on what sounded better in context. 3:21 - He said 欠片もない(kakera mo nai) Which when put with the rest is literally "I don't have a piece(ounce/trace/shed) of romance" but I thought it sounded more natural with the idiom. 4:59 = "炎上するレベル(enjousuru reberu) - Means to be completely destroyed by fire, but also has a second meaning "To get mobbed on the internet/to get flamed by a large group" I think Matsuri was leaning into the Producer role a bit and was going for a hard sell. I think the best one word way to think of it would be "infamous" Also comes up at 5:21 twice where I interpreted slightly differently to fit. 6:08 - 解釈一致の極み(Kaishakuicchi no kiwami) - I spent so long looking this up to try and understand it. Gave up using dictionaries and used twitter's search function and a bunch of Otaku tweets came up. Added "otaku" to the google search and got a thorough explanation. Buckle in. ~~ So, Kaishakuicchi is an otaku slang. It literally means "same/similar interpretation." When it comes to things like idols, vtubers, other celebrity, their personal info is often limited early on. So, the otaku obsess over them and come up with their own delusions of what their oshi is like. And then when they finally learn some fact that they had convinced themself was already true, they'll say something like "kaishakuicchisuru!"(It matched my expectations(delusions) or if they're really excited about it "kaishakuicchisugiru!" If it turns out they were wrong, then they'd say "kaishakuchigai" __ 6:12 - "shindoi" has lots of meanings. It can mean tired, painful, hard, etc. It's used as slang here with a connotation of "so good it hurts." @@PaperDizzly I hadn't considered that and that fits for sure. I kinda like the more negative nuance that "delusion" carries, especially for how self-depricating otaku culture can be. I'll def keep that in my pocket though, I'm sure it'll fit somewhere at some point.

Have you ever recorded and replayed your own message? Especially the emotional one.. it's very embarrasing. This is that, but with a flammable drunk beside you, drunk and giving honest praises. That must've been very embarrassing.
As someone who used to like making short film and joined the cinematography club in my school days, I remember how it felt lol. Acting during the recording session is actually fun. But I needed extra willpower to watch the result. Especially the one with my part lol
I'm pretty sure she was just fulfilling her role as his producer which was a running joke from that stream. She only gave that over the top reaction on her second listen. But I also haven't listened to it myself since I'm not really into those voice recordings so maybe it actually is amazing? I know a lot of people bought it because of her so someone should be able to tell us lol
Making a sound into a morning alarm does tend to make people hate it, so probably for the best if you don’t put this voice pack as your morning alarm, unless you wanna hate the sound of Roberu, lol
