God, every time a series of your’s ends, I feel like it’s the end of EVERYTHING. If something were to happen to you - God forbid - I’d probably uninstall UA-cam from my phone. I’ve been trying to start my own walk through series, but it’s not going good at ALL, so I wouldn’t be abandoning THAT much.😅 We love you, fam!
This game is actually a masterpiece of storytelling. The metaphorical significance of the themes are genius, and apply to our world, all of human civilization. This game hits me hard where I'm at. I really want to see all the other narrators tbh, I would love to see more videos, like maybe you can find the missing collectibles doing the story with other characters.
The fact that she stood up to oppressive leaders and not turn in to her dark side.. this game is not popularly marketed as it doesn’t abide by western political values .. there is a reason why you see a lot of negative , that’s because they want to suppress this game and it not being an influence on individuals learning to stand against oppression!

I found the first game to be of much more coherent storytelling.
And like “who are the oppressed “??? It’s obvious in the game but ur referring to the real world when you say this…. So who in ur opinion is the oppressed?

This game made me cry multiple times😭💗words cannot express the feels this masterpiece made me feel.. it's beautiful
My cry moment was when you gave the mother her dead child and her face looked more normal when she turned her head up straight. the look in her eyes and then holding the baby while dying after screaming her lungs out in battle with words like "You Know How It Feels" and "Help". Man that was so sad, I couldn't. 🥺😭
Finally, someone that appreciates a gameplay
I love how they made senua a leader. Someone who is able to relate to the followers struggles with her own but still continue onward. Great game. Thanks for uploading this series brad!

Such a great game. I found the cave parts with the enemies the creepiest part. Boss fights were pretty cool & the soundtrack 😎
This was a top tier game to experience. The story had me hooked, the style of cinematic linear gameplay is something I really enjoy personally. This is made on unreal engine, resident evil is also run on it. The graphic quality is insane because of it. Really happy you covered this man, I absolutely can see this game winning awards. Between the soundtrack, graphics, story, voice acting, everything is superb

I never really comment on your videos, BUT I've been following you since your HITMAN ABSOLUTION videos, 10+ years ago.
You've always been amazing at such games. I used to see some of your gameplays but was almost away from your channel since last 5 years but recently started watching again.
This game was so high quality and well designed along with your streaming style of having fewer vocals, it was extremely engaging.

I can't tell how long since I watched the first one, maybe 5 to 6 years. The ending kinda threw me off I'm still trying to wrap my brain around what just happened? It's going to take me a few weeks to come up with a proper responce on how I feel on how about the game?
I feel the same way. I wasn't expecting it to end so abruptly. I also wish we got some closure on the side characters :(

Some people wanted more of a game. I mean you do press up a lot. I think many hoped they would expand more from the first with the greater budget. They probably wonder how you can love such a game. There’s no hate, only legitimate criticism.
It’s a beautiful visual and atmospheric experience and that’s enough for many. Others wanted more. It’s also really short, but I guess that makes it the perfect game pass game.

@@vivekkparashar6369 that's exactly why,, With more budget and people developing it (20 dev vs 80 dev), i kinda expect it to be more expanded like GOW Ragnarok (better combat & exploration in my opinion) vs GOW 2018
@@ivantan8877 this game expanded, and a lot, but in a ways that fit this game. Hellblade was designed like a linear strongly narrative game/experiece. That's no GOW or Witcher.
That ending confirms it is a trilogy, I hope they do have third part in mind. Senua's Story must come to a conclusion, just a matter of WHAT that conclusion is.
I've read "Hellblade 2 is one of the Unreal Engine 5 games that takes full advantage of everything the engine has to offer to produce visuals that feel like a genuine leap forward."
I wasn't a big fan of the gameplay but after I read this it has me SO HYPED for future games. I'm not a designer by any means but I know all engines get updates/improvements where it will cut down on the time to make games with visuals like this.
With that said, I am a HUGE fan of your channel Brad and have watched your videos for years. I have never been big on commenting but seeing how good this game looked and reading that about UE5 I wanted to share it with everyone.

I love the Norsk history of the Vikings of anything and this game combines the God of war and elden ring combined in the cinematic versions of the game like a movie and the way this game was done up against the giants it reminds of if you remember in the Greek history titans are similar to the giants how they hated the gods as such 😲❤️❤️🔥😎 whatever way you look at it 👏 👍 it's well done by the man himself Brad done it again 👏 awesome game right to the end can't wait to see if they make another God of war down the track 👏 👍 much love brother 😎🔥🔥❤️❤️

Psychosis always said the scary stuff I was thinking and I was also worried about. I felt like I didn't have to think while playing this. I don't know for me this is masterpiece.

I loved the storytelling and soundtrack. They’re both incredible.
I hate what they did to Thorgestr. That being said, I enjoyed the story as much as the first game, the graphics were gorgeous and my stars, those combat scenes! Even when they were repetitive, they were still cool to watch. My only real gripe is that it's an XBox/PC exclusive, so I'll probably never get to experience the game for myself. Got done with this yesterday and I might say this is GOTY for me solely based on the sound design, graphics and story. The combat is nothing crazy but this is one of the most immersive games I’ve ever played.
This can't win game of the year, it has great graphics but that doesn't mean it's a great game. The combat is too repetitive, storyline is too confusing and very short for it's cost. They are many games better than this crap.

This is the most beautiful game I've ever seen, I didn't play the first one, but this one makes me want to play the first one.
Game is getting ragged on, it doesnt deserve the hate.
They could have made it longer if they wanted to, but the people complaining that there was nothing to do would still be complaining

I was really hoping to play this on ps5 and not spoil anything with gameplay videos but would settle with a part one gameplay video. So when you mentioned it may be a year until they bring this over to ps5 in your part 1 video I was just like fuck it lets watch the whole series. I've been looking forward to this and a bit disappointed it wont release on ps5 for some time if at all. Great gameplay series from you regardless :)

I also really hope they make another game about Senua’s earlier years and maybe explore the relationship with her parents/Dillion and coming to terms with her “darkness”.

Aww, yeah. This game was just amazing in every part. Sucked that the slaver died at the end. He actually become a good character. If an assassin's creed game that would look like this and be like this but keep it open worldlish. But anyway, can't wait for a 3rd part if they do it but more interactive with things and more combat and to be longer like 10 to 12 hours. But great video my friend✌️

Yeah you probably started your account within the last 5 years, everyone who’s had their account from 10+ years ago have no ads do to the license agreement we signed back then. I’ve had mine since 2007 I believe when google didn’t own you tube yet so I get no ads at all

Great watch Brad as always, I agree first one was great but this one better and cinematic vibe makes it even better, could it have been longer sure, but like you said quality over quantity(sidenote) I hate Thorgestr died the way he did but Senua did what he said took down his dad, there never was giants.
