Most memorable job i've ever had. Equally sucked as it was a blast. I had so many good laughs with my co-workers running the drive-thru but I swear some of the customers came straight out of an insane asylum. Other than that, I'd highly recommend this job to an energetic teen who's looking to build experience dealing with people, doing detail oriented work and possibly making friends along the way.

It’s takes practice and really cracking down on yourself to go to bed early to have enough energy to get up in the morning. Trust me it’s hard but you can do it!

Is there any difference between working at a starbucks inside a target to being a partner at a actual starbucks retail stores. And do you get the same benefits as any starbucks baristas. And what the pay is it the same. And are you employed by target or through starbucks when hiring or applying.

This is a great question! When applying for a starbucks inside Target you are a Target employee. You do not get the same benefits as a stand alone starbucks or a corporate starbucks. There is a lot of different rules. The pay varies I believe i’m not sure if they’re different.
