Can I Complete Abiotic Factor on Apocalyptic Difficulty with All Negative Perks?

Abiotic Factor got an update to add an apocalyptic difficulty mode and I've considered trying a challenge run with all negative perks so this seems like a good time to try both at once and seeing how painful it is. The current patch of early access has five sectors available (Office Sector, Manufacturing West, Labs, Security Sector, and the Hydroplant) so I'll try and see if I can reach the beginning of the reactors which serves as the current end. This will almost certainly take more than one stream since my best solo run finished labs in 6.5 hours before the Crush Depth patch.
Negative perks include reduced XP gain (and combat skills can only be trained to basic levels), slower healing and increased chance to bleed, higher sleep/hunger/thirst needs, reduced health and stamina, and worst of all increased toilet use.
Bear with me as even though I know the game a decent amount this will likely be slow and painful to clear.
