i’ve seen people pointing out some of the useful tools that floydson missed, but my favorite lack of awareness moments are every time he asks if he got them all when there’s a clear HUD in the bottom right that shows you how many of the required and optional goals you’ve completed lmao
I'm an hour in and he still hasn't realized you can use the spray paint to make markings in the world to help you remember your routes, like drawing arrows and painting X's and what not. It's a fantastic tool that helps heists go just as you planned them.
@@jacksonhales-xt9rj It's also really for marking where stuff is for breaking through roofs or floors, like put a big ole circle or x on an area you need to blow up to get easy access to a safe or whatever while running. I mostly used it on floor level for dropping objectives down to me.
All the people I’ve watched play this game really only ever played the same first few levels so I dumbly assumed this was kind of small game lol, there’s so much to this game and I always wanted to see more of it, so glad to see you 100% it! I always get really motion sick or migraines trying to play 1st person POV games, especially on my PC so I rely on watching others play all the good ones
I have similar experiences playing first person games & I’d suggest looking for some over the counter medication like Dramamine or Benadryl. Or if you’re not big into taking medication something as simple as setting up a diet or getting better sleep can help. Although this only helped in my case & might not help in your case but I hope this helps
For anyone having an issue with "The Floor is Water", as it's one of the hardest ones, you should know you can actually earn achievements while using in-game mods. One of them is a jetpack, which obviously makes this missing extremely easy to do without touching the water. Of course, doing it legit is much better though.
I love your videos, the way you play is so relaxed and fun and ridiculous all at the same time. I bought this game because of you, so holding off on finishing the video for a bit. My son played with me for a while and love it. Thanks so much!
This game is a gem! I followed its development for a few years before release and bought it the first day it was on steam; if I'm honest, with the stress of going to college through covid and the death of my grandparents, this game was one of the few things that pulled me through that year. 10/10 game
I just woke up after having fallen asleep binging your vids, and now BOOM a new one?? This is about to be the best breakfast entertainment I've ever had.
If you're not a dingus,, you realize you can use the paint spray for marking your path so you don't get lost like this little dingus. Great Videos keep them coming.
when i played that game i used to spray paint everything to remember where to go so seeing you not use a single drop of it (except to write poo on a single building xd) feels really weird to me. But i guess you just have a god gamer sense of direction xd
usually I watch 1 or 2 teardown vids then stop because I get bored because its repetitive but you actually explain the missions pretty well which makes it fun to watch good job!
Definitely one of the best "just do what you want" destructive sandbox games out there, especially with the modding community, devs kinda lost me at the killer robots/timetravel but apart from that this games a great bit of fun
The robots add tension to the game especially the alarm bots hiding from them is required and you can destroy them with water if your clever or stun them with explosives
I am convinced a Multiplayer game session (whatever game) between you and a Jolly Wangcore would be one of th most entertaining things in existence. :D
Loved this video! I feel like I can tell when you are having fun in your narration and it really makes a difference. Don't be afraid to flex the format a little and plays more games that bring you joy or are inspiring
I played this game once, I played the first 4 missions, without knowing valuables exist, then downloaded a bunch of mods and played like 8 more missions without preparation
always worth the wait! thank you for the constant high quality enjoyable entertaining videos!! also i came across a game called travellers rest i think it fits with your type of games
This was brilliant! Parts reminded me of GTA3 when the game let you set stuff up prior to starting a mission - like blocking off a road. That last mission with guiding the truck was straight out of Body Harvest.
OMG I knew if I waited long enough you'd get to a full playthrough of this game and it's just such a YOU game I HAD to wait for you specifically to play it so while I know bits and pieces SO happy to have a final 100% playthrough and understanding of the games story lol
You probably wont ever see this but you've gotta play Cult of the Lamb. It's game play is like Don't Starve, but mission oriented. Don't do any research before you play though! So much fun!
As a fellow Australian I am a massive fan love your work I am up to the point where I am rewatching all your videos as no one provides as much amusement and joy you truly are the best UA-camr around
I love this game lol, cool to see you play it! Not sure if you’d be interested but there’s this game ‘cat goes fishing’ that I think you should look into. You’re literally just a cat finding new fish and getting cool hats. It can get kinda boring but it’s still a nice little game to look into lol
Hi Floydson!! I’ve been really loving these videos after finding them relatively recently and I’m about to go watch the 100 days in factorio one. I would like to speak about one of my favorite games called Dyson Sphere Program that I think you’d absolutely love and be able to make a great video out of!!
I remember watching this developers dev logs on UA-cam years ago. It’s awesome to see how far his game has come and how well it was received. He bled for this game.
I have a game suggestion, but the problem is, it doesn’t have any achievements. One of the two campaigns is fairly linear, while the other is completely open-world. The game is ADACA. I completed the regular campaign in 6 hours, and the open-world one over the course of a week. It has elements of both Half-Life 2 and STALKER, with a militant intergalactic police force inspired by the Combine and anomalies inspired by STALKER, but also movement tech like bunnyhopping and gravity-manipulation, and artifact-collection. It was made by a solo developer named Siris Pendrake, and they’re currently working on a game called Project Silverfish (in the same universe).
Ever since Art Thief got remade to not be horribly unfair, the flood achievement is easily the hardest challenge to do in the game. It wouldn't surprise me if the fact that you can't quick load to fix it was actually an accident on the dev's part lol
I just recently beat this game, and some of the missions are so intense. I’ve had a few jobs where I escaped with less than 5 seconds remaining, and my heart was pounding lol
there is actually a time travel story sequence of missions and a sequence of missions where you play as the daughter of one of the rich guys as she does demolition work, they are both worth playing through and really could have been a part of a 100 percent run.
Really enjoying your videos. First I found subnautica, then you made me buy planet crafter... now you're doing teardown... great game taste. Seen CoreKeeper?
The one with the safes that set off the alarm if they touch rain was really fun to optimize. I ended up taking a dump truck, cutting out a garage door around the edges, and then securing that to create a lid for the truck. I eventually managed to get the escape time down to 1 frame, by placing all the safes in the car showroom over the ocean. Putting them all in the corner, and damaging everything so that they only had the little pillar as support. Then I got on the building next to the escape boat, and rocketed at the pillar, jumping down into the escape boat and mashing e while the rocket was in mid-air. Finally got it down to escaping in 1 frame with all 6 safes destroyed, very very satisfying.
I know a super helpful trick is that if you break around the alarms and if you’re careful, you don’t hit the alarm it won’t break so you can move it and plank it to whatever it’s wired to and you could take it to wherever you need to take it to and then whenever it’s all said and done, just break the alarms and put them in. It might take a while to set up, but it immediately works.
false, completely false. if the alarm is on a wall and you break around it the alarm triggers, even if you use planks to simulate the wall it wont work, if the alarm is on a container it can be moved but if its destroyed too much it triggers. do some research before suggesting.
