Holy shit that's amazing. I had an old 2003 X5 3.0D with a full stainless system and it sounded nowhere near as brutal as this.
X5 is I6 this is V6. The angle between cilinders gives it a different sound. That's why it sounds very similar to a gtr, because its a similar cc and similar angle

Only few tuners will.
But this is a neutral pop. Nothing when driving so no delaying gearbox etc.

Sadly, the mapper is no longer in the UK, so couldnt tell you who could.
Bobby singh does hardcuts but driving ones.
West yorkshire tuning is good mapper but nah, he doesnt do this.

Nothing turbo wise. It would be gearbox if mapped poorly.
This is a rolling 'N' trick, nothing when driving so no harm.
Basically done for vids then never use it.
Its the driving popping, some mappers recommend not to, as its delaying gearbox

In this case, you are wrong, the 3.0tdis Sound like that, watch the old tdi where the speaker stuff isnt present, they Sound the same.

All good, no issues at all. Hardcit part is a trick. Rolling neutral so for vids really. Just loud v6 normally.
Each to their own, I’ve never seen the point of tuning diesels like this at all maybe a tune for economy but ultimately on idle it going to still sound like a tractor and not be very quick BUT on throttle and hearing the V6 noise drown out the diesel it sounds extremely well 👌🏼
That being said it’s my personal opinion and I’m not slating it as all builds deserve respect.
