That was some crazy luck! None of your PB boomed to 22*. Congrats! Also, I’m convinced gloves have a much higher boom rate than other equips. A guildie’s boomed 20+ times before going to 22* and mine boomed like 12 times. After seeing yours boom so much it does look like there’s something fishy going on with them
The gloves were horribly unlucky, but since the results of my starforcing before doing the gloves were really good I figured it pretty much balanced out. With something like starforce or cubing, which involves continuing to do attempts until you hit, it's likely that you'll be unlucky, perhaps extremely unlucky, with at least one item. The pitched were definitely crazy. I thought 22* pitched was a wall I'd never overcome as f2p (due to replacements costing 15-20b), but I had so much money leftover that I knew I could afford a few booms. I had one friend who boomed seven ETs this event and not reach 22*, which likely cost them 170b+. That's just the duality of this rng hell.
