All in all its not a bad game even if its pay to win(in the beta you got free crowns to test the system), it isnt really that bad because as far as the community is concerned the pay to win guys are more focused on managing their guild and rankings rather than making everyone else miserable and even than trade is an option that can get you on good terms with some of them.

No thanks, I prefer to play RuneScape, at least it's not a PvP based and if you die you don't lose anything...
Unlike Runescape, gearing up in Albion is easy and pretty inexpensive, yet even the cheap gear is very useful. Almost all players in the full loot pvp areas run tier 4-6 equivalent gear, which is the cheapest stuff you can get where sets cost usually 30k-under 200k silver each, which is insanely easy to make if you happen to die. At the same time, having a higher tier set doesn't even guarantee that you'll be more powerful than someone with a lower tier set, since the 'levels' in this game that you get from grinding with the equipped weapons directly raises the item power of that equipment. For example, a player with a tier 4 carving sword build could easily have the same exact item power as someone with a tier 5 set if the tier 4 person just has higher levels on that type of gear. Your gear DOES influence the outcome of pvp but game knowledge and outplaying people with your ability rotations is far more important than your gear. This is completely different from a game like runescape where say a person in adamant armor usually has absolutely no chance against someone in dragon. I usually don't like pvp and have never did pvp in runescape, but I have to say in Albion there is essentially no downsides to getting killed in pvp and losing your gear since your gear usually only costs a verrrrryy small fraction of your overall bank. Getting a couple million in silver from doing content in a gear set that costs less than 70k is extremely easy, and like I said even the highest level of players run this cheap gear all the time since it's still useful.
I played it before but without my permission Albion charged my Credit Card for the second month that i didn't initiated! It 100% is and it wrecks every game mode other than just regular dungeon queues. I'm not going to list every example, there is 2 decades almost worth of people making videos about it on this very platform. But the only competitive pvp scene left was 3v3 arena, and the population was so destroyed from the rating carries that people just stopped queueing. Hence the 10 min wait for a single arena 3v3 queue. That's just one example and was the only mode of actual competitive pvp left in WoW. It's now officially done. are you trolling? there releasing on on 15th march
@@mattdrifts yeah xd
Bigger zerg rolls over smaller zerg. If you're not in one of the top two alliances of over 10k players each, don't bother. I saved anyone the trouble of wanting to try the game now.
🙂💪👍 cool
Thanks!
What about your narrative style made you land on this monotonous, robotic sounding voice? I had to skim.
WoW is not pay to win
How so? Doesn't wow have wow tokens?
@@KaidGames2 yea but money is largely pointless unless you are using it for game time
WoW has a lot of flaws but people have got to stop using p2w as one of them. Sure it's there but it literally wouldn't affect you in any way even if it wasn't there.
@@Chinuch330 I personally like wow but it's pay to win, it's just a fact. The same as albion just in a different degree.
@@KaidGames2 i didnt say it wasnt. What i said is that its not one of the main problems that the game has. Its just there and it doesnt affect almost anyone. In albion it can directly affect you since gear is a factor in full loot pvp.
"no decent game in the mmo category that is not p2w"... umn really? Guildwars 2... hello?
The pvp is not that fun and + other things are the reasons that game hasn't been ever very popular.
Reception and rating of GW2:
Metacritic 90/100
Computer and Video Games 8.9/10
G4 5/5
GameSpot 9.0/10
GameSpy 4.5/5
Gamesradar+ 4.5/5
IGN 9/10
PC Gamer (US) 94%
Number of copies their last expansion (End of dragons) sold: over 93,000 copies, for a game that is over 10 years old.
So if you think the game is "not that fun" and "not very popular" then you're wrong on both ends, and that's just your opinion, which is not shared by other people.
GW2 dead game also game costs 100$ plus all the account features like bag slots, character slots are pay to use, ALSO you can literally buy ingame gold with real money. HOW IS THAT NOT PAY TO WIN? GW2 is pay to win and a dead game. Have a nice day.
@@onatgomceli6950 xd
@@Corbeauxx 93,000 is absolutely trash. what are you on about... gw2 has like 17mil players this month but only 93k are willing to buy the expansion... LMAO. Dead game, seems like people log in to try it free and realise that its boring and dont invest in the fresh content becuase its just not worth it. Your numbers not mine. Critics can rate a game highly it doesnt mean poeple actually consider it being worht a dime. GG bro.
11:10 thx god is not pay to win in a scale 1 to 10 its prob 1 the game is skill based soo even you that play 4 flat can kill a dumbass with full 8.3 that use money in albion money give u 0 advantage soo yeah not even close to 5 in a scalee of 10 lol
Really? You would say 1?
Albion is not really pay to win, but there is no need to be delusional xd
@@KaidGames2 i mean u cant buy anything rly valuable in the game
@@KaidGames2 its ok to say that u can earn the premium with 20h but only the first time after thats play economy and u can buy a years premium with 20 h
Show me a clip of someone winning 1v1 4 flat 0spec against 8.4 max spec
I was eight hundred like
its fun not the best
This game sucks and is ptw some builds are tooo op and unrealistic, that's how I feel for this game, dont know for yall.
ptw? did you actually play the game?
@@arturmmoraes yes
Which builds are too op?
@@sedradefouchinie9854 lol you didn't, there's nothing in this game that is pay to win, you can only pay for cosmetics and premium (but premium doesn't give you advantage and can be bought with silver after playing 1 week or less)
@@arturmmoraes That's how I feel towards this game I didn't say u have to agree ☠
UA-camrs waiting till midnight so they can upload video is it worth playing.

@@KaidGames2 do you want long answer? The company that bought sandbox is losing money. This MMO will be dead in years
@@unsupportiveperson7724 how about toram online??
It's pay2win trash. Best to go play something else.
terrible narration
World of Warcraft is pay2win? Since when? LOL
Since wow tokens? Hello? xd
You can buy any carry imaginable in WoW and its widely available and almost never caught. All of the best gear, all pvp ratings or titles. It's been like this since the original TBC, almost 20 years ago. Not only that, people buy them like crazy, on a mass scale like you can't believe.
@@AJ-te7jx true
@@AJ-te7jxokay you buy PvE and PvP carries in WoW which don't affect other players in any way at all. I don't give a shit if another wow player paid 100k and got boosted in M+ since it doesn't affect me. In this game if a dude spent 100K and got BiS gear he can find you and stomp you and literally take your own stuff. Please tell me you see the difference.
@@Chinuch330 Lol insanely incorrect. It absolutely affects other players. I played WoW for like 17 years lol.....there is no discussion about if it is P2W or not these days. Almost no one streams pvp in wow anymore.
biased take
How so?
