Would love to see some little tractor power. Many manufacturers made their little garden tractors look nearly identical to their big row crop Brothers. Look at a Ford LGT 125. Very similar to a Ford 9600! Jacobson built them for Ford and older garden tractors were built for a lifetime! Thanks for all you do Jason! 🙂
I am a Ford LGT fan. I grew up by an old Ford farm that was in the dairy business and that is exactly what they mowed their lawn with. I own an Oliver 125 lawn And Garden tractor, which was also built by Jacobson. I have collected a few Lawn And Garden tractors and also use them in maintaining my yard. Someday I may take the opportunity to film some of them and do a feature on it.
That's a good idea. I saw a White yard boss for sale on Craigslist a few months ago that looked like the 2-70/2-105/2-135 series and almost tried to buy it for a collector
Versatile all the way. First time ever running one i was hooked. I have ran about all of them . But the cab size was the first thing i noticed on the Versatile. Good video
I do hope i some day will own a Big Bud tractor, even if i have to import it through a second or third hand dealer. Articulated tractors aren't really allowed on the Swedish roads, for safety reasons, but you can legally own them. I do also hope to one day own a New Holland T9.700 and a Case IH Steiger 715. I might be a Swede, but i love American machines, especially big American tractors. I really do go by the bigger is better mentality. Funnily enough, the day i do buy a Big Bud, i do become one of the first Europeans to own a Big Bud tractor. I'd at least be the first Swede. Articulated tractors aren't that common here, but there is still a few of them, and the ones that do exist here have been imported through second and third hand dealerships. None of the dealerships in my parts of Sweden sell articulated tractors. Tracked tractors like that Fendt 1100 MT is legal to hit the Swedish roads, but in Denmark, you can only hit the roads if tracted tractors doesn't exceed 16 metric tons in weight, but that doesn't seem to be an issue with articulated tractors.
@@bigtractorpower Wow! Thats the most exciting thing i've read in years.. Can you elaborate at all? Is it just the rumoured JD, or other manufacturers too?

Thank you for watching I use the Class sales brochures for these horse power listings. I use the North American brochures I pick up at my local dealer.
I was wondering if articulated tractors have a stop put in place, to limit the degree to which they can turn, when fitted with triple wheels all around, as with the New Holland tractor at the start of the video ?
Those claas tractors look awesome, we rarely see those big claas in UK, mainly JD or quadtracs, occasionally see a challenger or fendt crawlers. Others are very rare.
I’ve sat in one of those T9’s at the Dowerin field days in Western Australia last year, and I’m actually quite astonished with the size and the cab design. The only thing about it I do not like is the decal styling on the bonnet, as it takes the only yellow part of new Holland tractors off the tractor…
There is nothing worse than seeing hi HP tractors pulling little narrow implements. Think big and go for width to get the job done faster for better productivity.
You may be referring to the Tiger MT5. This was filmed at a Horsch customer meeting in July. It was the first field event that the Xerion 12.590 appeared out in North America, and I made sure I was there to film it. The only diligent Implement on hand was the one that you see in this video, so that’s what they ran for the demonstration. Do you have the opportunity to film this tractor on its first week of release was a great opportunity and I’ll take any Implement I can find behind it. I look forward to seeing more of these out in the field, pulling larger implements in real conditions.
Would be interested to know the price difference between comparable Versatile and New Holland articulated, wheeled tractors. Out of curiosity, as much as anything - I'm thinking that the Versatile machine may be the cheaper of the two brands ?
Their engine hp is 605 and 585 according to the sales brochure. The 650 is 658 max hp and the 590 is 585 max hp. I am not sure why the sales brochure list the 590 at 585 engine and 585 max horse power but that is what they have in the Advertising. Max horse power is only for peak operation and typically it’s not used as the benchmark for the Tractor.
Me too because I just filmed the very last one produced in 1991 this year. Now when I make that video, I’m gonna have people saying, but it’s not the last one because now there is a new one.

You can get certain Claas Lexion parts from a deere dealer, you just have to look and cross some part numbers.

Looks like we will very soon be seeing million dollar tractors.
You already did in this video the 715 quad track is listed at $1.2 million.
