Aarom you are doing the community of Sony earbud users a hell of a favor by putting such dedication in your reviews. From a daily walker who enjoys music in his routine, thank you a million times!
I appreciate that, you're welcome!
The Sony foam tips were part of the reason I returned the XM5's to begin with. They would not seal properly at all, especially in my left ear. IMO, it was a mistake on Sony's part to not offer alternate tips that were silicone types in the box for the price they charge for these.
you should have held on to those XM5's, and waited for Aaron's video...
I didn't return mine, but I had some problems getting a perfect seal, for example on my XM4 I used size M, and on my XM5 size M is more comfortable, but I never managed to get a perfect seal test through the APP, I had change to size L, to get a perfect seal every 4x out of 10 times I put the headphones on. I've looked on forums/redit and it's a common problem, a lot of people don't like Sony's tips.
@@AlfacinhadaTecnologia I returned mine too, i've never found it impossible to get a seal like i did with those headphones and I have so many eartips
You know what turns out I was actually beyond the return period for these headphones. So I ordered both of these eartips and it resolved the seal issue completely, especially the comply.
Foam tips seal better than silicone tips.
Aaron, if someone is looking for new eartips for the xm4-xm5's the best option for sure is the AirFoamsPro from CharJen. Those eartips are made with foam and the exterior has a silicone shield that prevents eartips from getting dirty and also makes them waaay more soft, comfortable, and extremely durable, and it even has a protective mesh so your wax doesn't enter to the earphone. They're far the best option for eartips and compatible with various earphones, for sure they're not the cheapest ones but the cost is totally worth it, i've been using them for 3 months now, very happy 😁
Interesting! Which would be the best size to get? I have I think the medium tip in my left ear and X Small in my right (std Sony tips) and they fall out unless i push them in deep. I've had the right one fall out more but can't go smaller than X S!
They look super interesting, will have to give them a blast
Thanks
But what about the anc compare to the originals?
@@oliviadaly4795 For me, medium tip is fine but de box comes with the 3 sizes so don't worry
Great video! These AZLA and Comply tips are among the few acceptable replacements because of that mesh. I’ve seen that the stock Sony tips actually perform the best for noise isolation. AREGINA has an awesome detailed video comparing these tips and more. He also has access to a foam tip sample from AZLA that they are apparently planning to release which performs better than Comply and similar to Sony.
AREGINA is using a GRAS 45CA measuring rig. I’m not sure what’s used here but it can be detrimental to accuracy. I understand quality measuring rigs adhering to a standard cost thousands of dollars. Nowadays though, you can find a high quality knockoff 711 coupler for a couple hundred bucks. That would be great for IEMs at least since they bypass the pinna altogether. It’s what Crinacle uses for his original IEM database.
so are you saying better stay with the original eartips? wf1000xm5 stock eartips is very similiar with sony triple comfort eartips, its different from xm4 stock eartips. still cant find good replacement for xm5, with earfitmax i feel dissapointed in low sector which an noticable upgrade from xm4 . xm5 delivers more well tuned bass when everyone says xm5 is just an little bit upgrade from xm4, i cant agree because xm5 is an huge upgrade in term of sound which deliver more controlled bass, wider mids, better details with extra power in smaller form. and all that perks gone with wrong eartips. sony please bringback full packages eartips like wf1000xm3,
@@Bluelovebird69 I was saying if you prioritize noise isolation, then sticking with Sony’s included eartips (foam) is the move. Switching to AZLA’s SednaEarfit Max (silicone) will of course give you less noise isolation. Watch AREGINA’s video on XM5 eartips comparison for an excellent and informative explanation.
Airfoams pro are definitely the way to go for eartips when it comes to these earbuds
Aaron, please do a video on the Air foam Pro's
I was skeptical that the company foam tips would make a difference, but I got them and they really made a big difference. The bass is much deeper, more comfortable/secure, strong anc
Which ones are you referring to?
@@HolyRedEyesorry I made a typo, I meant "comply" not company. The comply tips are the ones I meant
have you heard about the AirFoams Pro? it's foam, with a silicone cover - supposed to be the best of both worlds AND it's got the mesh too!... I just hadn't have the chance to try it yet.
Is there a version for the xm5s?
Great video, Aaron! Your videos are the reason I have bought the XM5 and new eartips (even though i don't really need to replace them)! haha.
Nice! Haha, thanks for watching!
Thank you so much Aaron, my ears have been fatigued so much by the standard ones that came with the buds, i have no idea how in the world a big company like Sony ever thought these would be acceptable to the normal consumer. I am truely excited now to get these in the mail and hope it will be much more comfortable for me to use so i can somehow feel happy with my expensive buds.
Thank you for this video, it completely resolved my seal issues. I’m surprised more people aren’t talking about the fit/seal issues and being transparent about it. A lot of the reviews I saw didn’t even mention it
You're welcome!
Which ones did you go with? I bought the XM5s an hour ago and I need to use the original large ear tips to get it air-tight at least on my right ear and get a solid bass. No success with the left ear. Maybe it's a process of getting used to them but I need to have them plugged really deep in the ear to get the best results and it is far from comfortable Can feel them when swallowing, etc.. So really not sure about them. I went to these from Airpods 1 which I got as a gift but they were no a good match for my ear - kept dropping out and I needed to push them inside once in while. Will try the alternative tips, maybe just to prove myself that my ears are not suitable for this type of headphones ;).
@@Baklazan72 I have a similar issue; I have to push them in deep (not as deep as you) for them to stay. I've had one fall out my ear on a ferry before; not great (with I think medium tip on the left ear and extra small on the right). Really need to find tips which will help but also can fit in the case.
@@Baklazan72 sorry I missed that but I got both the recommendations, I use the complys 80% of the time and the others in the office since transparency is better
@@oliviadaly4795 it’s a really strange design, the XM4s rarely ever fall out of my ears but these have on occasion even with these eartips
I actually found the Sony tips to be a bit of a safety hazard as I accidentally scratched one with my fingernail, and that caused the very outermost layer to start peeling a little bit.... in my ear. 3 days in a row I had to have help getting black specks out of my left ear. Then I switched to another size tip and that same day fumbled them outside and proceeded to drop the case in dirt outside where the 2 buds ejected and got dirt on them. So I (these XM5's are the first foam buds I've ever used so I didn't know not to do this) proceeded to go to my first aid cabinet, dab a cotton ball with a little bit of 70% isopropanol, and just rubbed the dirt off the tips and rest of the buds. BAD IDEA. the hard plastic buds are fine, but now both of the foam ear tips have disintegrated and cannot be safely used. This had never happened when I had silicone ear tips on my other buds. So now I'm here, looking for silicone, not foam, ear tips. Thankyou for the in depth review on such tiny, but important aspects of audio.
edit for spelling :/
Great! Thanks for making this video.
I've been looking for an updates video for aftermarket tips.
I'm 21, I'm young. I have 10 years of making things sound good. And without a doubt, from my current mix with the new Sony wf-1000xm5's; I can confidently say that the "Comply" earbud tips are far superior :)
Aaron, I have tried to use the foamtips you suggested and while comfortable they do not provide the seal that the original eartips on xm5s have. Similar tips work really well on my Shure se535 and Shure se846 wired in ear monitors. Not on xm5. I guess, Sony wants customers to buy only Sony original products.
You can even check that by using the "optimal earbuds tips" feature inside the app. Sony's tips always passes the test, the comply ones don't.
I returned my XM5’s. Apparently I have large ear canals and even with 3rd party ear tips none worked well.
Tip for those of us with large ears, I have tried both. Skip the comply entirely, the L is as large or even smaller than the XM5 L (which is too small for me). Get the Azla Max in a ML or L, they now fit amazing. There will be people who talk about the effects on ANC, but if the originals don't seal well for you to begin with then then the ANC quality will actually be better with the Azla max as you will get a correct seal with them. If your primary concern is ANC then turn on some music, you wont be able to hear anything anyways.
They on sale for 12 bucks
Same. The MAX asmr L seals my left ear, but it only seals my right one with either a cheat (holding it) or for just a few seconds. Sony is a pretty stupid company. Excellent product, ruined with an absurd selection of ear tips (SS? Should be an XL, then, too).
The Char Jen Pro are great ear tips but smaller than the orig Sony WF-1000XM5, means size L is to small and so ANC won't work well, because the ear tips won't sealing properly
Funny but these are the tips I purchased even before your video. I agree that ANC is not as good as Comply, but those get dirty and don’t last. Passive and ANC with Azlas almost indistinguishable. Also purchased them for AirPods Pro 2.
which one is better, azla standard or tws version?
que talla recomendarias para los wf 1000 xm5
I will go for the Comply ones. Thank you, Aaron.
Thanks for making this video! Just got me WF Xm5 and want to ensure they stay in good condition!
Love the usable information that you give!
No problem!
what are the best earbuds to cancel people noise? like voices?best anc to cancel ppl voice. ty for the answer
Bose QC 2 Ultra
Have you found any new eartips besides the ones on this video now that they have been out for a few months.
already use with earfit max standard for this, make sound more bright but fullnest of bass gone. when i used the original, the bass is satisfying. the orginal tips is very similiar with sony triple comfort, its hybrid (different from xm4). so when using earfit max, very comfortable but sometimes the high sector is hurting, need to tuned down the EQ. i wish more eartips with filter included. last time from many of eartips, azla xelastec deliver the most balanced and neutral sound, and the low sector is very good and mid, highs still under control. i wish xelastec with filters is coming
Damn Sony! 😭 I just bought them and the left one is coming out, how can they not offer more options with the price we are paying?
Comply foam tips make these buds 100 times better. Comfort & sound wise (acn including) 👍🏻
Question: For some strange reason no one talks about how insanely crap the WF-1000XM4 are when it's raining, and you're wearing a raincoat with a hood. Every time i move my head a little too much to the left or right, or the wind blows the hood towards my head, the craptastic touch controls react because they touch the hood, constantly pausing my podcast or turning the volume up. If i turn the touch controls off, i still have to listen to the sound they make when activated. Are there enough XM5s on the market for us to know if they work as badly in this situation as their forfathers? Besides this - to me - completely baffling error i admire my XM4s a lot, and even more after having tested them in quite a powerful storm we recently had. They do VERY well cutting the noise of the wind off, AND when testing the mic, i got surprisingly good results. Amazing product. All the more frustrating that they aren't build to be used by real humans in the real world. ..oh and, PS: I switched to the Comply eartips tested by you, because of your review and the audio samples. They get a big thumbs up from me, but on my XM4s in my ears they change the sound a lot more than the audio bites revealed. I've had to adjust the equalizer to get something close to a neutral balance back. ..but still, for people who are ok with fom tips: Give Comply a try. They're great.
Same problem contact with my XM4 against fabric
😥
Just like ambient sound activated during calls!
Completely stupid as a function.
And I'm not going to buy the xm5s just for that...
@@ClementNoelRenard Yeah, it sucks some pretty humongous hair balls that Sony decided to make an otherwise great set of in-ears so utterly useless in such a common situation. I haven't had the pleasure of getting annoyed by the ambient sound when talking, because people know not to call when i'm out walking (the only time i use the XM4s), but man that's a stupid oversight too. Why weren't they thinking? ...and why the hell aren't reviewers calling them out on these issues??
I bought my XM4s earlier this year, so i'd be very annoyed if i have to surrender and buy a new set from someone else so soon. ..but my blood preasure doesn't benefit from me getting angry over stupid faults which could and should have been avoided.
Compare Technics EAh az 80?
I’m on the Azla ear tips and not because I like the feeling of silicone tips, is more like I need a bigger size ear tips. The L of the Sony original tips are just not fitting enough for me.
However the feel on the azla is great!
which one is better, azla standard or tws version?
Aaron, what kind of ear pads do you use yourself?
I found the original ear tups completely unuseable. They had failed to ever feel as though they either fit or sealed properly.
I bought a replacement set based off this video, having seen it before purchasing the earbuds. Thank you for the PSA, i was not aware of the necessity of a mesh membrame beforehand, but it makes total sense to add to the longeviry of the product.
No problem!
Good breakdown video. I was happy to use your affiliate link for the Comply.
Buongiorno where can i find wf 1000xm4 original replacements tips?
Awesome video...been saying this since launch. Unfortunately, the ANC is pretty average without foam tips though. So yeah there are trade offs either way when you try and go with something different. Still aren't better than the bose in ANC though.
Grest video, not sure if the untrained ear would notice the difference M. Thanks !
No problem! :)
i love the Dual-flange eartips from yamaha eph-200 anyone know some similar eartips for sony wf-1000xm5
I use the large Bose tips that come with the QC2
I'm about to buy one but do you know what size are the original ones that come with the earbuds?
My issue is with staying in my ear while golfing...will these help with that?
I can’t use your links coz I’m in Singapore, do the true grip pro fit both xm5 & 4? I have the 5’s & all the tips listed look like they for the xm4 …thanks
Yes they do fit the XM4 too.
Got the Azla after watching this video. My left ear needed a few days to adjust with ML size. Now I am getting a good seal when testing the wear condition.
How's the bass difference. Better or less. And which tips did you have previously
which one is better, azla standard or tws version?
@@Steve-hp5cf lemme know what you find out
@@Blu3_777 i am currently using azla standard version, the seal is perfect but after long usage it is not comfortable. I am wondering whether tws version gives better comfort or probably better sound sig and anc?
@@Steve-hp5cf well I use the Spinfit Omni on my Xm4s and it's super comfortable. I still rock the OEM tips on my Xm5s but really don't care for foam tips, So I wanted to give Azla a try due to the wax guard plus they both basically the same price.
So I was wondering the same thing on the azlas because the Tws version looks so shallow I feel like it's won't give me the seal I want.
I can say after a full 8 hours of use I can concur that Sony's default earbuds are not comfortable whatsoever. I had to keep fussing with them, to keep the damn things in my ear.
Comfortable definitely not either after just a couple hours. I have the MF-1000 XM4, which sounds great, but the noise canceling tends to go in and out.
From ambient sound to noise canceling on their own accord. Not exactly what I wanted, but maybe a software update will fix this. Definitely will be trying these earbuds here.
2 hours is not acceptable for earbuds' comfort levels in my view. Good review here as your doing us a great service & saving our ears in the process!! :)
Yeah...I'm done tolerating the terrible stock foam eartips that came with the XM5s. I dunno what Sony was thinking, continuing to use this awful material for ear tips. It violates the ear canal with a very scratchy sensation, and it destroys the transparency mode from being too filling in the ear canal.
This headset is a 3/10 until I replace these ear tips. I think they are the only things holding the headset back, as it is otherwise a solid choice that checks a lot of boxes. The only reason I tolerated the stock ear tips is because the one thing they did right was provide a secure fit, despite that being at the expense of painful discomfort, which is my biggest hangup with earbuds. The Azlas look like the solution I'm looking for, and hopefully they are.
I have watched your videos for the XM4s back then too. I'm still using them now and just ordered the XM5s. For the XM4s I used silicone tips that work really great.
Do you have experience if the original foam tips get better with time? I read several reviews that said because the memory foam adapts slowly it starts to hurt less and less. XM5s should arrive in two days and the only issue I ever had was the foam tips hurting like a nightmare after a while
Sonys tips are just so much more comfortable than silicone eartips. They make the seal better. Also helps it stay in my ears so well
O p I n I o n
Why do you hear pops when I move my head in the sony WF1000-XM5 headphones, if I use silicone plugs? With the original plugs, everything is ok, but I would put any silicone plug, I hear pops if I move my head, I go running. What is the cause and why does this not happen with the original sony plugs? I have Sedna, they are super comfortable, but I can't use them since this cause.
Any recommendation for ovale shape eartips? usually TWS with stem cell design need an ovale shape eartips, I find it hard for my huawei Freebuds 5i.
Could you let us listen the sound quality of these (and other) earbuds with and without ANC? I eared that there are differences (like in the basses) in this earbuds w/ and w/o ANC!
Anyone knows where to buy the original Sony foam eartips (of course, except for those with new earbuds)? I am struggling to find a shop with them. Even on the official Sony website, I couldn't find an option to buy spare eartips, but in the manual, Sony clearly stated that eartips are exploitative and should be replaced from time to time. I like the original ones, but where to buy them?
Can't beat Comply
The comply doesn’t seem to ship to Singapore.
You can get the same model from Lazada too
How do i see what size i need for the comply? Im trying to buy in the netherlands and they come in different sizes. Dont want to make the mistake buying the wrong size, they are quite expensive.
Hi would you please make a video about wf 1000xm5 with azla max asmr eartips, this seems interesting because not many other channel, forum, etc talk about azla max asmr.
And i think many will curious what is the advantage or disadvantages using azla max asmr eartips compared to azla max standard eartips on wf 1000xm5
Do you have a recommendation for Jabra elite 10 Ear tips alternatives? It's a different shape outside and inside.
Thanks ;-)
Thanks Much!
Can’t get my buds to cancel any noise. The app keeps indicating that the tips may be too small. I am using the largest size. I use medium tips with my other buds. Considering the WF XM5 are at the higher end cost wise, I find it a bit rich to have to pay another $30 for replacement tips.
Valuable information, thank you 🙂
why did you review AZLA SednaEarfit MAX standard but the link that you gave is tws version? which one is better, standard or tws version?
The comply need to be cleaned after each use. I never did it in the beginning and my ear canal would get irritated and itchy
Great vídeo bro!! Thx for work❤
Hello...
Are the tips of the S linkbuds used for the XM5? do they block the same?
I follow your reviews with Turkish subtitles because my English is not very good and I like your review style very much. I have Sennheiser Momentum Tws 3 and Huawei freebuds pro 2. I want to buy a new headphone. I'm torn between Sony XF-1000XM5 and B&W Pi7 2. My features don't have to be very good, what matters to me is sound quality. Which of these two headphones do you recommend in terms of sound quality in music? I wish you good work...
Hi
It’s seems most of the earbuds have batteries drained issue
After usage of 1 year or more like xm4 , tws 3..
So now i am trying to find new IE
mostly go for senhhiser. So can you make a video about this ? Or you have any suggestions?
Sony has good customer service tho they replaced mine without warranty no questions asked
I started to get a 20% battery difference sometimes on these buds. Should i replace them for new ones? Also the anc doesn't filter out higher noises as vaccums, voices and machines and i have the L tips which fit me best.
Xm4s do. With sum spare cheap mismatched eartips at the lol
Should definitely try to replace
Can you buy the original tips anywhere? I really like them
Hi aron..Between wf xm5 and xm4 which has more deep bass and rumble ?
I need new ear tips for mine is there a way to buy the original Sony tips directly from Sony?
I want to know too
This is great information Aaron. Thanks so much for your work!
No problem! Thanks
Very useful. Subscribed
I think you've missed the big issue here. Many people, a ton, I suspect, need a larger size than 14 mm for one or both ears. But it seems many can get by with 14 mm in ONE ear. So that's where you need to help people out. Where on earth can one get 14.5 or 15 mm ear tips that work with WF 1000xm5?
Awesome video! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
hey can you recommend best IEM under $80?
Great job
Does ear tips for xm4 or 5 , suitable for linkbuds s ??
One gripe I have about Comply is that they only last about 3weeks per pair. Found some no-name memory foam tips that have some coating on the outside that prevents cracking.
Hoping that after so many years Comply might finally update their Trugrip pro's with a more durable design/materials.
Mine Lasted way longer. Wear them nearly every day as a construction worker. Had the xm4 and now xm5
@@bennyspieler528 They used to with my XM3, but for some reason they don't last long at all with the XM4. The only other thing that changed is that I work out at the gym way more now.
Ooof. Good to know. One pair of Comply tips for me (Inc shipping bc you can only get the XM5 ones in America) runs to £35/$45. Not paying that every month when I can pay £100/$125 for 3d Printed SnugsGo tips which fit perfectly in my ears. But I want the to fit in the case and not have to carry the 3d printed silicon cradle (effectively) separately everywhere I go
@@oliviadaly4795 Not sure what you mean. You use the exact same Comply Truegrip Pro's for the XM3, XM4, and XM5's. The nozzles are the same size and the Truegrips have the filter required for the XM5's since the XM3 days. I'm guessing the only thing that changed is upgraded packaging.
Hope this helps you.
Compatible with sony XM4 headphones?
i wish the original eartips were easier to get because i love the OG's
Aaron,
Mentioned earlier that there was no difference between Passive and ANC. Could they be defective? I have a tight fit with Azlas.
After wearing, tap once on left earbud to activate noise canceling
Of course that was done. I know how to activate ANC since I also have the XM4s. There seems to be little or no difference
@@roccocorriere1346 hm 🤔 using Azlas too and there is a difference for mine. Try it with the original foam and test in a noisy place. If that don’t work try resetting it and see.
@@aaronloudnwirelessEverything is fine now. I actually had too good of a seal and transparency mode wasn’t very clear. I repositioned them until I got clear transparency and everything is the way it should be. I could definitely tell the difference between passive and noise cancellation.
Dear Aaron, should I upgrade from Samsung Buds2Pro to the XM5? I use Samsung phone, but always disappointed with their earbuds sound quality.
buds2Pro is the perfect one...XM5 with samsung has very bad mic quality..i just regret buying it
when can sony xm5 earbuds arrive in india
30 bucks for some tips is a bit lewd tho. Especially considering the high price for the XM5s already... Frustrating..
the MAX for TWS are not tall enough for me and fall out, the MAX standard are better and 1mm taller. best fit are the xelastec2, foamax is same as comply but 1/3 the price. have to use sony L size and also azla L size. silicone needs to be a bit bigger. xelastec2 are my favorite, best fit, seal and new level of comfort because it adatps to your ear like foam but stays in shape by it's own without pushing against your ear. didn't try the asmr tips, which seem to be similar to the MAX. xelastec2 are litterally like custom eartips.
Sedna is not a very good alternative! It isolates well, the sound is good, but for some reason, when you move your head, go running, you hear annoying pops. The only alternative is AirFoam Pro or the original Sony plugs. Any other silicone ear tips have unwanted and unpleasant effects on hearing due to the clicks heard in motion.
I also The Sony EPNI1000L Noise Isolation Earbud Tips
I think I asked you already, but please consider a review of the Technics AZ 80, since the Sony's weren't as groundbreaking as I've hoped.
It's not available in my country yet
If i could help at all. The technics r amazing. Better than the sonys in fit, feel, case design, and comfort. battery life theyre pretty much the same. Ambient aware is slightly better. They have wind reduction which sonys dont. nc is worse than the sonys. Sound is also worse. But one thing i noticed about the technics is that when u have anc off they sound just as good, if not better than the sonys. But with anc on they don't sound as full and robust. Especially on low-end. Either way they're dope. Hope this helps
@@brobob52 I just tried the Sony XM5 in the store, and they're way more comfortable than the XM4. So I'm really looking forward to an AZ80 review.
I am not interested in the Sony's tbh, but I would love to see a review on the Svanar Wireless from you
So please be fair and make a video with Air Foam Pro if you want to make a big favor to Sony WF1000-XM5 community. Thanks !
I wish replacement foam tips were available for the Liberty 4/4NC. The poor fit is the one downside of those buds.
Gotta say the Comply sounded best hahaha
The mic quality is extremely bad with Samsung fold z4..
Azla allows too much noise in foe me.
I'm really annoyed that no one mentions the mesh being part of the foam tip in any of the reviews. For me this was a dealbreaker.
Sony have really dropped the ball on an otherwise perfect product. For the premium price, Sony should really have supplied ‘silicone tips’ as an alternative to foam tips which do not suit all ears. The ‘mesh’ is an important protective feature. As a customer I’m pleased with the earbuds, but disappointed with the ‘penny pinching’ Sony company. There is also a disparity in left & right earbud battery drainage. I’m on my second pair as the disparity was too severe in my first purchased pair. I’m surprised I’m maybe the only person experiencing this phenomenon.
Me too! There is some kind of an inbalance
@@oliverwetter9186 change them before it gets worse and you’re out of the 30 return NQA!!
Me too..
I'm so mad sony doesn't sell their own replacement pads... am I suppose to buy new earphones when the foam runs out???? Wtf... I want the original replacements. Made by sony. The actual part that is needed to replace.
I just ordered WF-1000XM5
If I'm not satisfied I'm gonna send that to you and you gonna refund me🌝
Am I the only one who never found a great fit with any of the OEM Sony tips? Very disappointing.
I'm never buying Comply tips again. They wear out way too quickly. It hasn't even been a week and the first cracks are showing.
Please, please, do a video on alternatives to Comply tips. (Memory foam)
Forget about Sony, the XM5 ANC is poor. And the volume is low. There are so many good alternatives unlike few years ago when Sony was one of the leading ANC leaders. No longer, with the high price, and the low value it offers, should introduce other better brands and don’t waste time lingering on XM5, since the upgrade is cosmetic and gimmicky. I tried it out, even XM3 and Linkbuds S work better as a full package. Already paid so much for XM5, still have to spend extra money to buy premium foams is stupid consumer’s move.
seems like everyone is having a different experience with these... for me the volume, sounds quality, and anc are the best I've ever heard... but the issue comes with transparency and connectivity
Surely annoying for a brand that charges so much for it that comes with so many issues after consumers purchased their premium ANC earbuds. My XM3 and XM4 got battery and ANC issues! So I did not upgrade to XM5
what earbuds would you say are better?
LinkBuds S of Sony pretty good !
Everything you’re saying is subjective, and borderline just wrong. I feel like you’ve got horrible hearing if you think this volume is poor. I keep mine under half at all times
And I’ve tried other brands. Bose has so many stupid software/connectivity issues with the qc35 earbuds and they’re just as expensive.
