Very helpful, thanks for posting. I’m just in the process of doing all ball joints and bearing replacements on my 450 Foreman. As a side note, I’m replacing all ball joints even though only one seems to be bad. Same with bearings, only one side is bad, but if I replace them all, then I have an idea how old parts have been replaced. Also, just bought the ATV second hand, (it’s a 2002) and going on a hunting trip…. Don’t know what’s been or not done in the past…. Make it fresh and not waiting to fall apart in the bush.

I know its been A while since you posted this but what kit did you use and how did it hold up?
Did you ever find out what the little round piece was for?
