Thanks for the great tutorials. Even though you've cost me a small fortune buying bits I didn't know i needed (just starting off), I'm sure it'll help and save me a few bob long term. Thanks and greetings from Ireland!
@@myloprints do more videos mate . iam new for screen printing . just haveing a question . should i do halftone for all images which i do screen printing ?
I am from india i have seen all your UA-cam videos good ... Learner can understand easily your teaching I request you to make video on colour sepration and how to print...please Please please
Hi Mylo.... as usual, great vids! I'm sure people will agree with my request. Please call out each screen mesh as you lay down your ink in succession in a particular T-shirt run. i.e. "base layer - 156 mesh" or "second layer - 200 mesh", and why.
Question, Ever used adobe illustrator? I love Coral Draw, I created many of my best Vector designs wot Coral Draw, also fam, question..has Coral Draw changed since 20 years ago, Id like to buy the program again because my Screen printer guy uses Coral draw too, You would be amazed how badly these dummies at Sdsu talked down on Coral until I posted my work and Punked em all by my masterpiece. I started at 15 years old, im getn close to 40 these days 😮
Would you say there’s any downside to using higher mesh counts for simple bold designs? I’ve always used 230 by default for everything from high detail halftones to simple bold designs.
Do they come out nice in your opinion regardless? Im thinking of getting a bulk 12 pack 230 mesh screens to save a bit of money instead of buying singles and spending way way WAY more money. I prefer a soft hand feel for my designs instead of thick rough feel so thats why i was thinking 230 should be perfect for everything.
I make it work just fine, but I imagine different types may be better for different types of designs. I just haven’t tried anything else yet, perhaps my new years goal to test some others, good luck!
Say I have a 2 color halftone design in I'm printing on a dark shirt should the mesh I you for the under base be for a different mesh count then the top 2 colors
Hey Milo- quick question. For a small front logos- using white ink.. Which mesh would you recommend? I am having a hard time with exposure times on small logos.
either too much ink or too low of a mesh, could also be a thin shirt, if you have it clamped good you can do another pass to help if you want more color
Hello big bro i love yr teachings I am from Sierra Leone . I want to do screen printing but if I may ask , may i use wooden mesh to start off also I don't have squgees or scope coter is there anything I can use to inprovice

How do you stop ink from going through the shirt onto the platen. I’m new to this and I bought a caydo kit to start learning.
either too much ink or too low of a mesh, could also be a thin shirt, if you have it clamped good you can do another pass to help if you want more color
Thanks again
